Long time donor - love this place! A lot of reviews talk about wait times- don’t go at peak hours if you can avoid it! The employees are extremely nice and helpful, and as long as I come prepared I’ve never had an issue. You can also request a specific phlebotomist if you are concerned about getting someone that might be inexperienced.

They are the worst, if they are unsuccessful in sticking you, they punish you by not paying you. That sucks

I've never met such rude people in my entire life. I went to inquire about donating plasma for the first time. I received very little information, but a whole lot of attitude. They act like I'm supposed to know everything when I'm a first time donor. They make it almost impossible to give a donation. They are extremely slow, lazy, and have poor attitudes. They just sit around arguing with each other while they waste your time. Kedplasma hires the worst staff I've ever seen. They lost a first time donor today. I will never come back. It isn't worth dealing with the staff. The staff answers none of your questions because they're too busy doing absolutely nothing while earning an hourly wage that they don't deserve. Kedplasma staff are just lazy bums robbing a dumb business owner by the hour. If I was the owner, I would never be ignorant enough to let this happen. A total disgrace of a business.

Kind people who try hard to help. I’m a difficult person to stick with small veins and the people where always try and usually succeed in getting a sizable donation from me. I can generally get a good conversation from them as well.

When I went to donate the first time, it took forever to get anything done. I was waiting from 12 until 2 to just get a screening. Since that first donation I have not been able to donate due to my pulse being too low then on retakes it's suddenly too high. I have went to get a physical from my doctor and my heart is health. Nothing wrong with it or my pulse so I don't understand why I cannot donate. Today when I went in I realized the staff doesn't even do it right. They just throw on the cuff and press a button. The staff is more focus on gossip about anything and everything. I did not need to hear about their sex life while I wait to donate.

Very unhelpful, slow, and apathetic. 0 Stars were it an option. Wasted my time. They would not accept the documents their own website said they should accept to sign up.

Bro this place use to be good to donate. I used to be in and out now it's trash. The employees have no sense of urgency im gonna have to go donate some where else or just stop donating all together. Change BPL the way it used to be.

Since BPL became KED the donor floor employees just keep getting worse and worse. The sticks just keep getting more uncomfortable and painful. I've been donating since 2016 but I have one more donation left and done with this place for good.

Well with staff actively gossiping about you in front of you, staff taking obviously wrong readings and then not allowing any retakes it’s a wonder anyone comes

When I finished donation, I had this shooting pain in my bi cep. I was crying when I got one of the staff to come over who refused to disconnect me until the one person who was assigned to disconnect people came to me and left me crying in pain in the bed for 15 minutes despite a small group of them socializing at the lab window and could have helped me.
There’s plenty of times that I have endured some pain at this and I regularly donate here but never before I have I felt neglected by these people.
For your own sake as a donor, go somewhere else.
