Keep Smilin' Family Dental, El Paso TX

I've been visiting Keep Smilin Dental for over 6 months now. It is, without any doubt, the best dental office I've ever been. The staff is very professional, attentive and willing to satisfy any of your needs. My hygienist is Mr. Martínez: THE BEST. I will follow him everywhere. His professionalism and kindness is beyond my expectations. Would recommend this office anytime.

This place is the worst. Just as rude as I remember it being and they obviously don’t care about patient safety as the waiting room has too many people. They should take a tip from the other providers in the area especially since covid numbers are so high. My hygienist who cleaned my teeth was not friendly at all. Avoid this place at all costs. RESPONSE to your reply: No, its not odd at all. Yes I have the correct location, and you must have recently started to have the patients wait outside because I assure you I waited in the lobby with many other people. None the less Id rather not contact you regarding my experience. 0 STARS

This was my first time there and due to all this pandemic going on the front desk was organized and the whole back office was really friendly and explained everything to me what I needed. Made me feel very comfortable. Ill be going back.

I went in to get some paper forms signed for my son. I was told my son couldn’t be in the office without a mask. My son was 15 months old. I am one to abide by wearing a mask and see no problem wearing one to protect everyone from getting sick, but when it comes my 15 month old son I can’t get a one year old to wear/keep on a mask. Once I got a mask for him I walked in and the lady helping me at the desk was super rude. I felt so uncomfortable waiting in the office while my form was getting signed by the dentist. I will be dropping as a patient.

Went for a visit, they told me I needed treatment on my teeth and that it needed to get fixed ASAP because I’m pregnant. They sent my treatment information to my insurance and I haven’t heard a call since then. I called two weeks later and was told they’d speak to a manager or someone for some weird reason idk why and that I’d receive a call back. Still haven’t received a call back. I guess they didn’t want to help a pregnant patient.

I've been taking my kids here for 4 years. Always super quick to be seen and the staff are all very kind. We dont intend to ever go anywhere else.

My 6 year old son was so nervous but after his appointment with Dr. Garcia he made him feel comfortable and has trusted him to do any work on his teeth. Dr. Garcia and his staff are the Best! They are reliable, trust worthy and professional. I highly recommend them! ️?

Great experience all around. Front desk staff, although busy when I went, were very pleasant. The techs were friendly and made me feel comfortable. The doc was great and took his time (especially with the injections with hardly any pain) Like most, I hate going to the dentist, but they at least made it a better experience than I’m used to.

Dr. Carceras, sorry if I butchered the name, but he and his tech were absolutely wonderful people. Did great work

Awesome experience! I'm always a little nervous going to the dentist but Crystal put my mind at ease. She was gentle and caring and explained everything prior to actually doing it! Made going to the dentist not so nervewracking.
