I came down with Covid and within a short time was in a telehealth call with a PA who was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I prefer to see Kristen or Sarah. They take more time, let you express yourself fully and are just more thorough.

My experience at the Family Health Center was nothing short of spectacular. It is very clear that you are in good hands with Dr. Alberda. He was so kind and clearly very knowledgeable.

The Providers and staff are wonderfully compassionate and knowledgeable.

This was my first visit with Dr. Keinarth. The staff was great, I was seen at my appointment time, I didn't have to wait that long in the exam room, and Dr. K was awesome.

I was listened to, not rushed, and so happy that I've found a great PCP who will be the quarterback for the team of doctors I have.

Incredible experience

I really like the PA, nurses, and staff here. (I haven’t seen either of the doctors, but I hear they’re great, too.) The nurse Lisa has been particularly kind and helpful since I broke my ankle.

Dr Alberda and his entire staff are awesome to work with. I’ve been going into that office for over 20 years. They’ve always been great to work with.

Dr. Alberda is always friendly, knowledgeable, willing to listen and take his time with me.

Sarah Pierce consistently provides compassionate and knowledgeable care. I appreciate her and everyone at that medical office.

Sarah provides great care. However, I never heard back about the x-ray results and have yet to, even after leaving a message. This isn’t the first time that I x-ray or labs results are not communicated. Is there better way for patients to request results? Thanks, Tim

I am always treated well and in a timely manner. Unfortunately, this visit they failed to order blood work so my medical condition was not able to be explained very well.

Sarah Pierce is a PA there. I am so excited to have been referred to her. She is so kind, caring, and a great listener. I had a physical with her and she covered everything. Her nurse, Ally, was so sweet and personable and the staff there is also wonderful.
