Keith Ace Hardware, Georgetown TX

Went in there today looking for a bolt for my moving dolly, Mr. Jacques Mailhot noticed the wheel was actually broken, rather than trying to hike me over a fence with unnecessary purchases, out of kindness on his part and his high standards of professionalism in store, he took it upon himself to fix my wheel in store. You won’t find this kind of customer service at Home Depot or Lowe’s. Will definitely be a return customer here!

Very good service generally have what you want. I'm on a little bit higher than the box Stores, but worth it.

Just went in here to fill LP. When I asked they looked at each other and said no. And as I was walking out the door the older guy that fills LP looked at the other and said Thank you. If you like to give your money to the lazy.this would be the place.

Very helpful staff. I went there at the last minute. They kept the door open and help me to find the tools what I wanted. Highly recommended place.

I lived in the Georgetown area for 12 years now and have just now gone to Keith's Ace Hardware, the service is amazing here, great people and atmosphere!

I like this store for the convenience, growing up as a kid I worked in a True-Value HDWE store in my hometown, brings back lots of memories.

Store is chock-filled with things you need! Wide assortment of electrical, garden, plumbing and general purpose goods.

BEWARE OF REFUNDS. I bought a $30 hose that sprang a leak within 2 weeks. I returned it for a refund and was told this particular one isn't high quality and comes back often. I asked for a better one. They applied my $30 toward a new, better one and charged $16 more. No problem. However the one they gave me turned out to not be the same kind of retractable hose I wanted. I took it back the next day for a refund.
They would only refund the extra $16, not my original $30. They kept saying I got the $30 when they applied it toward the new hose. I said I should get the full refund since I had returned both hoses-$30 plus $16.
They repeated that I could only get the $16 refund. "That's how it works. "
I debated this with the manager for a long time and couldn't get through to him that I had paid $30 plus $16 and should get $30 plus $16 back. He insisted that I would only get the $16. "It would be like us giving you money. "
Uhhh yeah, money I gave you!
The sales clerk entering everything in the computer leaned over to the manager and whispered that they had to give me $48. I guess that's what the computer told them. When I spoke to the manger two weeks later, he still insisted I only deserved $16. I've been an Ace Harare customer for 40 years but will never step foot in that store again.

Every time I come here, they don't have half of what I need. Today I found out they don't carry any pex a.

Amazing service! We needed help finding a part for our RV gas line and the manager went out of his way to help us find exactly what we needed.
All the employees working on Thursday Oct 27th were wonderful! They were helpful, knowledgeable and extremely friendly! They were able to set us up with what we needed and provided excellent, personal attention. If we lived in the area it would definitely be our go to hardware store!

Love going to a small store where you actually easily find someone to assist you!

The Customer Sales and Support Team is always looking to help you with answers to your questions and seeing that you get the best service available. I have never left this location disappointed.

Bought a tomato cage, got it home and stuck it in the ground. The top ring fell off. Took the ring back to see about getting another. Their attitude was very unfriendly and said that they could not do anything unless we brought the whole cage back. It is about 10 miles each way. For $10? They lost a customer.

Was greeted and offered assistance as soon as I've entered through the doors. Home Depot and Lowe's need to learn on how to service their patrons from Ace

Guy waiting just inside door asked if he could help. Showed him on my phone what I needed. Took me to the correct isle where we found it. Great experience.

Hit and miss as to whether you will encounter a knowledgeable and helpful employee. Usually a miss. Online order fulfillment takes forever, and they refuse to bring orders curbside despite what their app claims. Edit: this biz replied to my negative review; I have never purchased salt from them so they are confused.
