My sister got us tickets for this event as a birthday gift to me and I had a blast! The mix and mingle before the main event was really neat. It got everyone loosened up and really set the mood for the night. The main event was so much more than what I even expected! I had such a good time interacting with everyone in the room. Our team at our table was awesome! We all worked together and really enjoyed each other's company. It was so fun to see who ended up being actors that we had been visiting with earlier and didn't even realize they were going to be part of the show! They all did an amazing job and were very convincing! The food and the wait staff were great too! All and all this was a birthday night to remember!

Over rated and cheesy not to mention the food is not good and comes out cold, the murder mystery however is alot of fun.

The show was great. The dinner was just so so, but we had a great time. I recommend seeing this.

We had a fun time! Really enjoyed ourselves and had fun being part of the mystery. The food was mediocre at best and there were way too many people, but despite that we enjoyed the show.

Just a warning to anyone else going, they are not strict about the 13+. We were hoping to enjoy an adults only evening but the largest party there were a dozen giggling 8-12 year old girls running around all evening. In my opinion the show itself was definitely not appropriate for children due to the content of the murder case we witnessed.
Leave your kids at home! And perhaps Keith and Margo could better enforce an adults only policy. Otherwise, they should change the story and focus on throwing children’s parties only.

If you’re okay will all that, it makes for a fun evening.

Read the mixed reviews before going.
Food: Don't go for the food. Flavorless chicken fried steak. Poor quality instant mashed potatoes. Frozen mixed veges cooked, but served lukewarm. One bite of roll & I was done.
Show: Good enough but contrived and awkward in parts. Felt crowded when looking for clues.
Enjoyed talking to the people at our table of 6.
Venue: Knew it was an older facility. But it definitely needs a good deep cleaning. No excuses for that.
Not convinced it was worth the money.

We went to this experience due to the great online reviews. I must share that, in my opinion, the reviews are way overstated. The Old Mill Inn is old and outdated. The acting was ok and the plot was fun. The food was as cheap as cheap can be. For the hors d'oeuvres, they offered cheese cubes, Keebler crackers, strawberries and grapes. The meal was a cheap chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes. Every guest in my party cringed at eating this meal. It was tasteless and cheapened the whole experience. Plus, we asked for gluten and dairy free for one person in our party that had an allergic reaction to those ingredients, and they cannot accommodate these simple and very common requests. For the price tag, this should be a no brainer. In my opinion, this is way overpriced for the value. The mystery was fun and the acting was o.k. But it was cheap, cheap, cheap. Keep looking for something else. Not worth $65 a ticket.

Went to murder mystery last night
we had an awesome time! It was our first time
the event was in play right away and there was a ton of socializing to get clues.it was fun suspecting eveeybody and the actors blended in so you could not tell who was who. Everybody was super friendly which was great because we didnt know anyone going in. It was not awkward at all. The clues were hard so you have to pay attention.i socialized a bit too much so i didnt solve the mystery but i dont care, i had a blast and would definitely do it again. The food was fabulous, it was at the Omni Hotel Park West, amazing venue! The DJ Melody from Melodies and Memories was Awesome! There were people on the floor dancing all night after the mystery was solved.she played her own playlist but also played special requests. It was an awesome event!
