I come here at least 2 times a day. Mark and his crew are top notch people and very knowledgeable and can help direct you with whatever project you may be doing.

Almost always has exactly what I'm looking for and customer service that can't be beat!

Everyone on the staff here is very knowledgeable in their field and very helpful. The guys in the gun section especially are fun to chat with and have a lot of knowledge. I've used them on a couple of gunsmithing requirements and was very satisfied. Will keep going back again again. Also have a great selection of ammo, magazines etc.

This Ace location has everything. Super friendly staff, and immediate help on the floor ready to assist you. You don't get that at the big box stores. I would rather pay a dollar or two more for that outstanding service, convenience and quality. Plus Ace hardware stores are independently owned and operated therefore your supporting the mom-and-pop operations that are the backbone of our communities with local folks that know what you need. I usually shop the Ace Hardware in Lorena, but if Mark doesn't have it, he sends me over to this location or will get it sent over. You can't ask for better than that when it comes to customer service. And the big-box stores don't send you $5 off rewards in the mail.

One of my favorite shopping places in Waco! Someone meets you at the door to tell you where what you need is located. They are always friendly and so helpful.

Called ahead to see if they had a gardening auger. The man said they do and it is $18 dollars. I said great, could you leave it at the register for me I am just down the street at Walmart and I am coming straight there? He said ok. I have type 2 diabetes and I had already walked 1/2 a mile at walmart for nothing, so I called ahead to Ace as I said. I get to Ace hardware and wait in line for my turn to be helped, all the while my feet are hurting a lot, some days are better than others but standing still really adds up fast. I get to the register and they do not have the auger. They call to the back for them to bring it up but noone comes so they wsk me to get back in line to wait again. This is not satisfactory so I leave the store. I am not happy with Keith's Ace hardware.

This store is so nice since the renovation. I've always received excellent service here, but when I was in on Saturday, I was really impressed with the youngsters behind the counter! Alex helped me find the exact hardware I needed for a bike I was putting together and when I was checking out, the young lady (please forgive me, I've forgotten your name - I'm old!) helped me get signed up on the rewards card for future purchases. I'm going to be in here a lot in the future! Thanks so much!

This is my favorite store in Hewitt! They have a surprising selection with just about anything you need and lots of stuff you want.

I want to complement this store, it's staff and the manager. I had several conversations on Monday about an item that I wished to buy for my son for his birthday. Even through these tough times, with them being short-handed, they all took the time to be helpful. The manager helped make my son's birthday extra special by having his gift delivered on his birthday. This is a heartfelt thank you to everyone one involved!

I've only stopped in twice for small purchases but everyone is very friendly and helpful. Always can find someone to help me find what I need.

They have always had the harder to find fittings and grade 5 and 8 hardware I need. They are quick to help (as soon as you walk in), which sometimes I just like to wander thru with no particular item in mind. Finding things that I'd like to buy just because. On that note, the staff greets you at the door (which is fine), but you cant just gander thru the aisle without telling at least 5 employees you're just there to look. I've shopped else where spending more than I planned just because I had an extra hour and just wanted to look around. Overall, it is a good store and good staff.

Go here before you waste time at walmart. Shelves are full and clean. I will be shopping here more even if it costs a little more. Very helpfull staff and had paintbrushes nobody else seems to carry.

Love the remodel! It is so much more open and light. You can find just about anything you need here. If you can't find it yourself, one of the very helpful employees will point you to it.
