Be ready to be here all day, we had an appointment for 9: 45, arrived early and it’s past noon and have yet to be seen.

I made an appointment with the Orthopedic, to then be examined by a nurse practitioner. I was never given any information that the appointment was with a nurse practitioner, and I payed a copay for a specialist. This is a common occurrence in EP, which I find very deceiving and dishonest.

You never get seen by Keith Johnson at this facility. I went in for two appointments and did not get any answers about the pain I’m having. I had to pay the two co-pays for zero treatment and zero guidance. It also seems like they are booking too many patients at once and not taking time needed for each patient. I was there for about 2-3 hours waiting to be seen and still received no answers or treatment plans for my injury. I’m very disappointed.

Dr Johnson did an excellent job in my shoulder, all his stuff were very friendly and helpful. The recovery time after surgery was less than expected. Thank you

The emergency call customer service representative is extremely rude. While trying to explain to her that my Veteran wife just had knee surgery this afternoon and needs a consult faxed to the VA so she can get crutches to be able to move and go to the restroom, she rudely interrupted me in a smart tone telling me "that this is the emergency line and we are getting too many calls, and call back during regular hours. " I tried to call back to get her name to report her to and multiple times she hung up. Dr Johnson should personally remove her from his staff. If she doesn't like dealing with people she shouldn't be in that position. So now I am going to have to go and buy crutches for my wife because no one can send a consultation to the VA in time before they close today. Bad business, bad customer service. As a Veteran as well I have never been spoken to so rudely. Please check phone records and remove her. The calls were placed around 2: 45pm- 3: 00pm

The reason why I am giving a star is because they always are 2 or more hours late for the appointment and on top of that my lawyer schedules it and they never have it. Very fusterating especially when you're in pain. Be more considerate of your patiencents. On top of that they had my information wrong on my injuries and don't treat my injuries properly. He is always out and doesn't care about anyone in his office.

In 2017 it was determined by the VA (Veterans Affairs) here in El Paso, Texas I was in need of an
orthepedic surgeon to evaluate my right shoulder arthritis. I was permitted to search outside of the VA
for a surgeon. I spent a week searching until i recalled a youtube video of Fred Hammond the Gospel
singer performing Lord How I Love You - from The Potter's House. In this video I recalled he calls out the
doctor who performed his knee surgery. That Doctor was Keith Johnson from El Paso, Texas.

I emailed him from his office web site, he said he can see me. I had severe arthritis of the right shoulder
which required replacement. However, he provided all the options, but the replacement was going to
rid me of the pain and grinding, I was dealing with Since 2011 during my active duty time in the Army. I
honorably discharging in December 2014 and had the shoulder arthroplasty in July 2017.

Since then Dr. Johnson has performed five other surgeries for me. Dr. Johnson and his office know me. Whenever I call his office and say my name it is like chatting with a friend, even more so when I go to the office. I have email addressess of two of the desk attendants, I can email when I forget to bring paperwork which I have in the cloud. Dr. Johnson is high demand therefore there are many appointments, however, the office staff and intake personnel get us seen and out of
there expeditiously. I never leave without having all my questions answered and next appointment scheduled. Sometimes I feel like I am wasting an appointment as they ensure great after-care and Follow-ups. I have made calls to cancel appointments due to good Physical Therapy and confidence in the work Dr. Johnson has performed.

My wife, Ulonda and I have all the confidence when we require Dr. Jonson's Services. I have recommended Dr. Johnson, to friends, who have orthopedic concerns and prefer not to have the VA do the work. I give them the office number and I tell them to see the Fred Hammond video at the Potters House.

Dr. Keith Johnson is one of the most informed coolest cats doing othropedic surgery. I am glad he is here
in El Paso, Texas.

1st appointment waited 2.5 hours after scheduled appointment time. 2nd appointment waited 1.5 hours after scheduled appointment time. It doesn't matter how good of a doctor he is when his office is run in so unprofessional a manner.

Staff really friendly and patient answered my questions thanks Louie. Dr. Fuentes gave my mother some hope with her health condition she's really excited. Highly recommend Dr. Johnson office. Thank you all.

The nurse practitioner Jazmin for me personally has been incredible for caring. I have had many injections and 17 surgeries. Jazmin has been the best in taking good care of my knees her injections are painless. I highly recommend her. I will not go to anyone else. Im currently in the process of scheduling a total knee replacement with the best Orthopedic and team.

Love Dr Johnson and I am forever grateful to him. He was God sent to save my husband's life just in time before a flesh eating bacteria killed him. He had to perform 3 leg surgeries before making him better. Now 2 years later my husband is struggling with other health issues but thanks to Dr. Johnson's prompt medical care he gave my husband another chance to live.

Dr. Johnson is an exceptional doctor! He has taken care of my joints for years and I have been very happy. He is very thorough. He will answer questions I didn't even ask. In addition to medical treatment, he'll even talk about diet and exercise to help in my treatment. He doesn't just focus on the medicinal aspect. I have always walked out very informed about whatever I go in for. His bed side manner is cool.he makes you feel at ease when he is about to put you into surgery. Very professional in every aspect that concerns a doctor. I have and will continue to recommend him!

His staff, however can use some humility courses. They are rude and stroppy. His PAs do not know how to read an Xray - they are not smart! I do dread my appointments just because I have to deal w/ the staff. They have also scheduled me for an appointment leading me to believe that Dr. Johnson will be seeing me, but no, one of his PAs ends up seeing me, which is a waste of time - again because they are not very smart. I preferred his staff from about 5 years ago much more than I do the current staff.
The 5 stars are for Dr. Johnson alone! His staff gets a 1.

Dr. Johnson gave great bedside manners and his staff greeted meet at the door and was very professional through out my visit. Being a high profile patient they made me feel very comfortable and my ACL surgery went perfect. After rehab I was back in the NFL and playing for the LA Chargers!

I feel sorry for those who had a bad experience with this physician's office. I had a very good experience pre and post surgery. Dr. Johnson was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what my issue was before surgery. Afterwards, he gave information about the procedure that he did. The nurse practitioner who saw me was understanding and showed empathy and concern for me as well.

Excellent experience during my grandmother's care. She has been treated for several issues for a couple of years and the care given has been great.

It was a good experience for my mom and for us who took her in. She got all the information she needed and her care from the office staff to his nurse practitioner was great.

They have a sign stating 1-3 hour wait time which is horrible who wants to wait that long it’s not like they have tons of patients and you don’t even see doctor Johnson you see his Physician Assistant.
