Keller Eye Care

Another great visit to Keller eye care today. What a wonderful group of professionals throughout the office. Everyone is so pleasant and positive. I saw Dr. Pelfrey today and she was her usual, delightful self. She is very thorough and a joy to visit. Thanks to all the staff.

Dr. Pelfrey, Joanna Carrasco and Daisy are the heartbeat of Keller Eye Care. Joanna and Daisy cater to your needs and wants, and Dr. Pelfrey takes time to be thorough and listens to you and is SO KIND! I Could NOT ask for, or find, a better place to trust my eyes with! God’s Blessings on y’all!

The practice is warm and welcoming. The technician took time to explain each procedure and what the tests were for. Dr. Thomas went over my results thoroughly and gave a detailed explanation of possible treatments. I would highly recommend this practice.

I’ve been going to Dr. Thomas for years and years. It’s like seeing an old friend every single time! And the lengths she will go to to make sure she gets your prescription right is amazing. She has all the patience in the world! I will never go to any other eye doctor.

My granddaughter (7) has very poor vision. Dr. Thomas and her staff treat her very tenderly, they are very professional which also makes me very happy. They have addressed her problems and are working to improve her vision. My granddaughter is so happy to be able to see better. They assured me she will slowly get better vision. I am so grateful for their concern and desire to help her.

This is by far far the most patient and is a the friendliest staff ever!
They are incredibly patient, honest, sweetest ladies ever!
They will spend as much time with you as you need to pick out glasses.

And they’re not gonna lie to you even if you love some glasses, they’re not gonna fib and say great look.
They will politely let you know that there is so many other choices that will compliment you!

I love Dr. Pam Thomas’ professionalism. I have been going to Dr. Pam Thomas for years, she is absolutely the best. She takes personal interest in your eye care. I would not go to anyone else to take care of my eyes

Very courteous and patient. Haven't gotten my eyes checked in a while, and sat by while I 1) adjusted to having to need glasses for the first time in my life, and 2) picked out the right frame.

I have had the pleasure of Dr. Thomas caring for my eyes for approximately 20 years. As a diabetic and with some health issues I feel secure in her assessment of my cornea. There have been annual visits where I didn't need a new prescription and their warranties allow me new lenses at no cost. I trust her completely, and she has added an audiologist yo her staff.

Friendly and helpful employees. Dr. Thomas is always such a delight. Patient and friendly. I am blessed when I visit Keller Eye Care.
