UPDATE:
I've lived here since March 21,2020. Things were pretty good the first year. In 2021 the AC in my unit began not functioning correctly. The new owner/management (at that time) wouldn't repair/replace the unit. Their solution was to change the filter (which wasn't even really dirty, maintenance even said that) and recharge it with freon. This did nothing. Living here starting around mid-July 2021 until the end of the year, and about the same timeframe in 2022, has been pretty miserable. I talked to a friend of mine in 2021 who is HVAC certified and has worked in the industry for a long time. He said the compressor most likely needed to be replaced. He offered to check it out, source used parts, and do the repairs for me for just the cost of any parts. But I'm not allowed to do that according to the lease. And the manager (at the time) rudely let me know that. I told the maintenance about the possible compressor issue back then and nothing came of it. His explanation was that it's just so hot that the unit is struggling. Ownership changed again last year. All maintenance requests dated before September 2022 are gone now despite the current owner using the same online portal as the previous owner. I've been putting in maintenance requests to have the dishwasher fixed since January and it still doesn't work. Now the AC issues are happening again, except it gets worse each year. My apartment won't cool below 82° at night and gets up to around 90° during the day. It's getting worse by the day. I typically have it set at 74°. I've had it at 78° since this issue started again. I've tried setting it 1° less than the ambient temperature to gradually cool it down and give the unit a rest. That doesn't help and it makes it stay even hotter. I've worked from home since I moved in because of the pandemic. They haven't done routine maintenance on the AC. They change the filters occasionally and that's it. The AC runs constantly. I've turned it off for several hours to give it a break but nothing is working. So I just let it run. My electric bill has been high starting around mid-July of every year because of their negligence. I have an auto immune disease and can't sleep well at night when it's so warm. That effects my mentality sometimes. I hate that I dread coming home during certain times of the year. I called an emergency maintenance request over 4 hours ago. No one has come. I have friends nearby that live in apartments that don't have these issues and are able to keep their apartment cool. I've had blackout material covering every window, except one in the dining room (I need some kind of sunlight in my life), since 2021 which is kind of depressing. I see other units in this complex that have their window blinds open and can enjoy the sunlight. I've walked around the complex and seen some newer looking outside AC units in place. I wonder what it takes to get an AC that actually works. It can't just be blamed on the heat. It's the AC unit that is the problem.

I am moving in on March 21st, 2020. I see reviews saying they dont answer the phone. I haven't had this problem at all and i have had to call on several occasions. The 1 bedroom apartment I am moving into had no signs of bugs of any kind and is perfectly fine in size. It comes with washer and dryer connections and has it's own water heater. I feel that's where people are complaining about the small space. A lot of complexes I have toured have no w/d connections and a boiler that provides hot water to each building. And they cost pretty much the same as here. People who complain about the pricing are probably not from DFW and haven't lived here long enough to know a well priced apartment if they saw one. Liz is the most polite, nicest leasing agent I have spoken to in my apartment search. She was on my side and really eager to help me. I am living at a not so well managed apartment right now, Keller Oaks is definitely not slum and seems to be managed well so far. I will update this after I have lived there a while.

The pool has office hours the only thing that helps is the lady from the resection who shakes your hand throughout the manager never answers the pool as the gym only opens when the office is open so as not to pay a porter who is watching the additions of the additional complex have almost a year in maintenance everything and we still pay everything in the rent as if we used it and the rents for the place are super expensive

Poor treatment by the administration, they do not have a good service, the departments are dismantling and, as if that were not enough, the swimming pools and the gym do not have good operating hours because the hours do not correspond to the interests of the tenants. Terrible service.don't move here

I would be short in saying how bad it is to live in this place. Please don't do it. They give some facility that they don't require a physical passport but later they will regret it. Sometimes the easy thing is expensive. They will have many problems which they will never solve and if they do it is their time not to the need of the resident, the administration changes every two weeks you can pay your rent and still a fine arrives at home saying that you have not paid they are all very disorganized the property has multiple problems

Did enjoy staying here until I was informed me and my spouse were being recorded, by neighbors and offices did nothing but tried to make us out to be the bad guys talking about we were too loud.when we deal with noise issues all the time and don't say nothing. Definitely moving office seems bais and I'm not gonna be profiled. Not a knock at complex but staff is very bais

Bed bugs and roache Infestation place is horrible would not recommend moving here.do yourself a favor and look elsewhere

Worst apartments ever…too many roaches and bed bugs. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY HOW NICE THEY ARE.

HORRIBLE, starting with the administration, the attention is lousy (especially that of the current manager), the pipes are clogged at least twice a week, they promised to give a discount if I recommended a person and they never did, not to mention that the gym and swimming pools are useless and not to mention the laundromats that give ASCO. There is nothing good in this place, some things are worse than others.

Don't be fooled by the photos, none of the areas are as shown here, the place is extremely pathetic!

In winter I spent almost a whole day without electricity and 3 days without water, and the manager's response was "that it wasn't her problem what was happening" without a doubt, a lack of respect.

Went to enquirer about a apartment and spoke to a young lady by the name of Jasmine and she was very helpful and polite unfortunately apt was more then I expected to pay but I would recommend anyone to come see Jasmine very good customer service and helpful.
