While I didn't feel appreciated as a client, I was overall happy with the service I received from Kristen Henning in the beginning. They were professional and knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect home for me, so I thought. I don’t feel as if she fought to make sure our home had no issues. This was my first time buying a home and so many mistakes slipped through the cracks. I will not being using Keller Williams or any of its affiliates.

They have a dishonest employee, Ciara Vasquez. She called me to schedule a tour of a house through Trulia. She told me that she would call be back, but never did. When I went on Facebook and left an honest review, she blocked my profile so that my review would not show up. My husband was able to confirm that, when I couldn't access the page again, and he looked and only saw 5 star reviews.

I will never ever give my business to someone who is a liar and keeping people from leaving honest reviews. I hope my warning prevents others from doing so as well Who knows what her actual rating would be if she didn't suppress reviews to her benefit. She publicly advertises herself with this company.

Edit: Since I cannot respond to your comment, that is entirely untrue. The review was posted the next day. If she didn't want to work with me because I didn't have a pre-qualification letter, and had actually said something. I would have understood. But instead, she lied to me and never bothered to contact me again. And again, instead of even bothering to reach out to me about my review with the excuse you're trying to use, she blocked it. You can believe that story all you want, but it's a lie. You are working with a dishonest person.
