Kelley Property Care - Pressure Washing New Braunfels

I’m not sure if the service would have been good or not. I never got the chance to get a quote. Sent a request in the morning and called in the evening and again the following day still no answer or reply. Finally got a email October 5th but no response after I replied. Maybe they’re busy, but out of all the different quotes requested from various vendors this is the only company that is still yet to give a quote or even a follow up email.

Update: the owner reached out and explained what had happened and apologized for the confusion. It is appreciated.

Kelley Property Care Team (Josh & Colten) were very professional, courteous, and respectful, which you rarely see these days. They cleaned my gutters at two levels. They were very thorough and went far beyond what you typically would expect from other competitors by removing a wasp nest and dislodging a plastic water bottle from under one of my solar panels. Bottom line, I would highly recommend this company. Great job!

Both the guys who came out Joshua Rangel and Colten Irwin came out and were very professional in the way they approached how they were going to do the work. I asked for photos before and after and they both agreed that they would take photos that I would have in a report sent to me after they finished their work.
After they finished, Colten provided me with a few images, shown on his phone of the before and after photos.
Both men were up on the roof for a good amount of time. I could see their shadows on the roof of the second floor using their pole soft brush to clean my panels.
I just looked to see the difference in not only how they looked before and after but how they performed. I get a 50 to 60 Wh increase in production after cleaning.
I will certainly continue to use this company for future solar panel cleaning.

This company is exceptional! They did an outstanding job cleaning our clay tile roof. To say they brought it back to life is an understatement. They were very professional, hard-working and went above and beyond. The price was competitive and we will be using them in the future for more pressure washing and roof cleaning jobs!
