First day went smooth in n out in about 3hr
Second time got turned away for being 30mins to early. Arrived 2: 40 left by 7: 00 made me park next door n come back at 3: 15 by the time I pulled around the block to get back in line had a few trucks already waiting to check in. Should have waited in truck in line till closer to 3
Today got here 10 mins early Let's see how today goes

Saturday fifth day of November 2022
The unload guy was a bit slow but took him two hours to do so the worse part was with the young lady that is on the check in office that did NOT do her job the way she supposed to she didn’t had the paperwork done as she should that is what she gets paid for so another hour when by do to her unprofessional job ….

Manager or whom it might concern let’s do better trying less personal cells and more training will be awesome…

Is necessary to have organized people in the office at once blessings ….

Not sure what people are basing their experience off of, but this is mine.
Arrived here at 5: 23 in the morning, my appointment was set for 5: 30.
I got checked in no problem. The guard was a female guard, who seem pretty pleasant yet professional.
She gave me directions on where to take my paperwork so I can give it to the receiving department.
Had no problems there at the receiving department.
They assigned me a door they tell you to slide your tandems, open your doors back into the dock.
At 5: 52 they started unloading me.
At 6: 14am they were finished unloading.
Again, I’m not sure what other peoples experiences were based on, but mines went fairly smooth, no issues at all.
There’s a lot of twists, and turns getting into this place though, so just prepare yourself for that.

Didn't even want to give it a star lack of irgency done been sitting in a dock for 3 hours no sign of when I'm going to get out of here place is a joke stay away you get planned here tuen it down is the best opoin u have word to wise

Yhe guard is ridiculous. No words. Handicap and he treated me like I was dirt. Laughed at me because I could not get back to pu bills.

Security guard could use some personality pills. WOW if you're not happy find another job

4.5 hours waiting they take long on getting the green light and once you go get paperwork still wait another half hour.

Not a great experience. Showed up 15 minutes before my appointment. Walked to the guard shack and was given a hand gesture like I was a fly being swatted away and told to return at 3: 15!? Very rude and nasty guard at the gate. I didn't return and won't be returning to this facility. I certainly hope this gets fixed. Times are not easy for owner operators and to be treated like this is unacceptable.

Hey drivers on the left side you can park by the fence that’s what I was looking for but nobody said anything but yes where you can park before your appointment.

They will take you one hour before your appointment time you can park in the building on the right side of the guard shack just don't leave your trash there take it with you to the dumpster some of you are very nasty if the cap fits you then wear it

You can spend six seven hours waiting for me to load you and the sad thing is that where you take the load, the lumper service charges more than what they have paid you, Puedes pasar seis siete horas esperando, y lo triste es que donde llevas la carga, el servicio de lumper te cobra más de lo que te han pagado.

DO NOT BUY BECAUSE OF ANYTHING ON BOX! It’s a lie! 1 box 1 book. I submitted receipt, and box and they denier me the credit. They are a scam and I will be reporting them to BBB

My appointment was 11: 00 pm and I check in at 10: 20 pm and out 11: 20 pm fast unloading there’s no overnight parking but you can park on street or there’s another werehouses overnight park okay

Had to wait for more than 5 hours to get Loaded, when I checked with the customer the answer was you have two drops and we don’t have all the product foe your first stop. Lack of organization and communication as to what’s going on. Anyone coming here please be prepared to spend more than 3-5 hours wait to get Loaded

Its not good for drivers. Here staff is lazy taking too much time for unloading. I waited 2 hours for unload.

The cheese is not on the crackers and the powder that is on a few doesn't taste like cheese Tom's are one hundred percent better.

Delivered here. Started unloading about 30 minutes before appointment as soon as I hit the dock. Unloaded at appointment. Receiving clerk not very friendly, but quick service. Thanks.
