Been with Kelly CCU for years. Stephanie was absolutely amazing getting me a car loan with the best rate I could find around even at the dealerships. She even called to follow up to see how I liked the car. Sadly the dealership brought me a messed up vehicle. And even through the whole cancelation of the deal and the loan and all of that, Stephanie and the rest of the kelly employees were amazing taking care of me. And helping to get everything sorted out.

I had a good experience getting an auto loan from Kelly Community. I was moving very quickly to purchase a heavily in demand car in Dallas and branch manager Stephanie was friendly and informative and helped get things done quickly.

Was told something different when I set up the account. Then I deposit a small check in there to to find out that u have to hold a certain amount in there to keep the account open. I asked about monthly fees, start up fees and a certain amount to keep the account opened. All I was told was I have no overdraft fees and that it will cost a certain amount a month.

WOW, what a wonderful CREDIT UNION. From start to finish. Elizabeth in the home loan department was VERY knowledgeable about all the amazing options available to us. Elizabeth was not only knowledgeable but was very helpful with car loans and interest rates. Elizabeth made us feel like family and was VERY professional. We will be Gladly using thier services.
