This place has been absolutely terrible. They waste your time, give you the runaround, twist your words, refuse to accommodate what they have scheduled for you and promised, take back what they offer, and just generally waste your time while giving you a constant bait and switch.

I've been trying to get a study done for months and I've had my own issues with availability and insurance which is why I've had to hold off for some point, but then I finally was able to get insurance and get things sorted.

Then I got called while I was at work to get the study done tonight and they promised to hold the spot

They had an issue with my birthday being wrong with the insurance company. I called them to fix it again. They told me they ran it today and it was still wrong. After spending hours trying to fix it, I find out It was already fixed by the insurance company on 11/30.

Kelsey does not do their due diligence or care very well for their patients.

In another Kelsey office my insurance was given to them and they ran a different one, and due to their delay, I'm still trying to get the medication

In another Kelsey office, I was denied medication for my autoimmune medication without due reason.

Every time something is faxed to them or sent to them, they take a week or more to get it. I have to do so much of their office work for them to get things done.

I've been on the phone for hours today for them to deny me the sleep study and lie to my face.

I'm a Healthcare worker and first responder who works hard and long shifts to be treated like dirt by these people who care nothing to help me, my sleep issue, other medical issues.

I'm not done with this review.

I thought Dr. Baaklini was very professional and did not rush during my visit. He took the time to answer all my questions.

This was my second in person visit with Dr. Patni and both times he was fantastic! He listens to you and is understanding and explains the plan of treatment in detail. Also told me to contact him with any questions or concerns.

Listened to my sleep apnea issue and is getting me a machine to help me with my issue. My wife is very happy, Maybe I can finally have a good night sleep. Very nice doctor and is willing to help me.

I'm looking at your website with potential interest, and none of your doctors are women. You employ a dozen doctors, no? That seems beyond mere "no one qualified applied" and entering the territory of gender bias. Moving on to another clinic, as I only see women doctors unless doing so is impossible.

I called and asked to make an appointment. They asked to put me on hold at 4: 15 and proceeded to wait until they closed 45 minutes later at 5: 00 PM. Then they picked up the receiver and hung up on me without another word. When I called back the recording said they don't do appointments after 5.

Dr. Baaklini is very patient oriented. He has the patients to listen to you and understand your issues.offers helpful advice in a caring way.makes you feel like he is your best friend. I truly enjoy my check up visits with him and come out with a positive attitude.plus he keeps me on the right meds.cannot ask for more than that!
