Kemah Boardwalk Marina

Excellent meal at Saltgrass restaurant with family for my wife's birthday. The kids then had a chance to enjoy all the other activities available there. The entire place seemed very very clean.

+This is a fun spot to people watch and chill out and stroll on the boardwalk with scenic views of the water and to enjoy the passing boaters.

+A couple of fun rides'

-Weekends are waaaaaay too busy. Long, long, long lines to turn into the area. Long, long, long lines waiting to get to a parking spot. 3 hour wait at some restaurants. Long, long, long lines waiting for the rides.

We ate at Tookie's Burgers. Their blackbean burgers are so awesome! The margarita's are delicious! Thank you guys.

You can spend anything from $0 to hundreds of dollars; they have something for everyone! I've gone just to walk the boardwalk, but you can also shop, eat, see live music (which is kinda rare in this area), and of course you can check out the amusement park. My only dislike is the hotel adjacent/ on the property. It's pretty awful. You have to hear the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk and music, the hot tub is very often broken, the windows are tiny and the view is awful. But if you don't stay at the hotel, this place is awesome!

Went down here for the first time since coming to Houston.

Was a pretty area but was starting to look a bit tired and old.

Had lunch at a restaurant looking over the water.

Was a Thursday and pretty much looked like a ghost town! Lol. Better then being crowded I guess.

I want to go back. Better yet, live much closer. You need to see for yourself. Something for all ages!

Love this place love everything about it except for the crowds love the views from the boardwalk.

Great spot for family. They’ve a lot of fun activities - amusement park rides, fishing at designated areas, feeding the fish, tons of restaurants, train rides, you can watch the boats go by and wave etc
There is no entry fee, but you pay for parking. They’ve small concerts and such in the courtyard on weekends. Lots of fun - people letting their hair down, dancing, grooving to the music.

Went on a Sunday drive down to the boardwalk and we had a frozen orange and a kiwi rita at a little shop off the first street or second we walked alot. The sidewalk in front had a keyboard

A great place to take the entire family. You can spend a LOT or you can go on a budget. You can take kids and still not spend a dime. Check it out.

Great location. Floating slips. The marina staff is wonderful. The bathrooms are clean and comfortable. You can even call the office to have ice brought to your boat!

Great marina. Skip the boardwalk and go to other nearby restaurants. You'll have a much better experience.

Thursday Rock the Dock! They have pretty good bands free to see. Just bring your chairs and enjoy the live music.

A nice place to visit for a few hours. If it's super hot out be prepared to spend some money. There's nothing cheap about the boardwalk. If you bring kids bring lots of fluids.

Great place if you want a for sure place to spend your money, but hotels are ridiculously expensive. Stay in Galveston bout 20-30 minutes away. And there's more to do. Black guy at Kemah does fire tricks on the weekend been watching him for years. Hes the main reason i like to visit. Definitely eat at T-bone Tom's

It's a nice little Park located right by the water and always a fun place to go if you're in the area

High security, an island of boats surrounded by the entertainment avenues of kemah boardwalk. Fantastic location with bay access if transient.

Many great places to eat and have a good time! Great fun for family and friends year around. Feeding the stingrays at the Aquarium Restaurant was awesome!

Kemah BW is good for dates, friend gatherings, family events, work events, just about anything. Some times u get bad waiters but that anywhere, but u tell the manager and they make it right. Has rides for kids and entertainment for the younger ground. Cool for married couples who want to have that youthful date also.

I've been coming here since I was a little girl and I'm very fond of this place. I could live here!

Great marina that is very close to Galveston Bay. Kemah Boardwalk is just outside the gate. Good restaurants and entertainment is all within walking distance. Security is good at the marina gate.
