Was having a heating issue as a result of the current Arctic Blast. Called the office this morning and Ken Parker had a Service Technician out here asap. Jason Kinser could not have been any more professional or honest in assessing our situation. As always, Ken Parker Technicians don’t try and sell you services or parts that you don’t need. Have always found them to be trustworthy. Would highly recommend Ken Parker Service to anyone.
My father n law suggested that we call Ken Parker Service when our Heater went out. He said that they the only one in the area that he will use. I understand why after meeting with Josh Shupe today. He came out on time, diagnosed the issue and replace the part. Josh did not try to up sell us or anything. I was so impressed with the service that I ask about if they had a Maintenace plan. I was more than happy to sign up and will be using them going forward.
Josh was great! He was very kind and was so good with our puppy. Exceptional service all around!
We had our Fall maintenance completed today by Josh, the service technician at Ken Parker Services. He has been here before. He is thorough and always very pleasant to work with. We appreciate his courtesy and efficiency.

I just had KPS redo my entire duct system. Honest, informative, on time with no complaints. They had to do more than they initially thought they would need to do BUT they did not complain or ask for more money. They just told me what the snag was and went to work resolving the issue. I would highly recommend KPS for any service work you need. BTW, they left my place cleaner and neater than it was when they arrived.
They installed to big of a unit. I have mold all in my attic. They didn't install a fresh air vent. They will not give me there insurance information. All issues that I have had, they told me to flip the breaker or installed a new thermostat and said just pull the thermostat off and than replace it, that would reset the unit. Been going on for three years.
Is there a negative star button? If so I'd give negative a million stars.
I won't go into detail for reasons but horrible service all around.
My AC went out late in the day and J. W.came out the very next day to fix it. He was very professional and responsive. He stayed until my unit was working properly. Thank yo so much!

Both of my AC units went out during the heat of summer, and Ken Parker Services got them back up and running. All of the technicians were courteous and responsive. JW went above and beyond to get one of the units restored, coming late on a Friday, which was ahead of the scheduled date of repair. I'm so grateful for their responsiveness and professionalism.
One of the dampers wasn't working properly. JW was able to quickly determine a wiring issue and fixed the problem within 5 minutes. Everyone I've interacted with from Ken Parker has been nice and professional. I recommend Ken Parker Service.
