Absolutely ABYSMAL service-the staff is actively rude. What ever happened to being a decent human being? The office manager actually called after I left to yell at me, and after I hung up with her, she called me *three more times* and didn't even wait for me to say "hello" before going off on me. Worst people I've ever dealt with.

That's just reception/the office staff.

The doctor comes across as lazy and uncaring, will leave you sitting an hour past your appointment time despite your being the only patient in the building, has never personally told me my diagnosis (he once prescribed me three medications and didn't even tell me what condition/s I had or what the medicines were supposedly for), and then he will walk out of the room, leaving you to wonder where or why he's gone. 15-30 minutes later, either someone will show up with a prescription for you and no answers to your questions, or will open the door and say, "Why are you still here? "

I have never dealt with a more utterly unprofessional group. Run, don't walk to another doctor. ANY doctor. A veterinarian would be better.

I wouldn't recommend, take my word for it. If you do decide to go with them, you will regret it.

This place is evil. The answering service was even rude. This office has very bad reviews. Believe all of them… find another Dr. Office please, beware. They do not care about their patients and if you call they are unprofessional and very rude! Don’t go!

The office staff, more so the office manager, needs to take customer service and relation courses. I have not come across a more rude staff than them/her.

Went in for high blood pressure. Staff was friendly and courteous. Even tho it was a short notice same day exam, their quick examination and professional work ethics has prompted me to have Dr. Kendall as my primary care physician.
