Kendra Scott reviews
16Guadalupe’s customer service is terrible. This store is racist! If I was her race or a white person she would make an exception but because I’m not she want to enforce the policy! Your boss isn’t going to give you more money for enforcing “the policy” If I could give 0 starts I would! Clearly the bracelet was a gift and she even said she could tell it was their jewelry but she couldn’t fix it from the tarnish! Do better!
Not a great experience. They had only had two girls working; so customers were waiting 30 minutes just to get greeted.
I came in because my fine jewelry piece was broken (that I just bought). And she swapped it out no problem. I brought in the earring display card and the pouch, and she threw the fine jewelry earring pieces into the pouch then stuck the card in there, you could tell she just didn’t want to take the time to handle the pieces with care. I was in shock.
I worked at Kendra scott for awhile, and I was pretty disappointed with my visit.
I bought my wife a new band for her Apple Watch this year, and while the band was lovely my wife was looking to go a different direction. Kendra Scott would NOT allow us to return the (unworn) band for a refund only 3 days after Christmas. While I like their products and have found the service to be courteous, this refund policy is ridiculous and was not made clear at the time of purchase.
Went in for a an exchange, Valeria was so helpful! She made me feel like I was her friend. She showed me around the store because I was interested in buying something else. She knew her jewelry, and pointed out some of her personal faves. I will definitely be back to shop with her ️
I’ve never been to a Kendra Scott’s store and for my first time ever going I would definitely come back to this specific store. I was working with a girl named Clayton and she was so nice and I was so impressed by how she mentions everything from different styles to making sure I knew If things would be an extra. On a plus she also took her time helping me I ddnt feel rushed at all which made me feel like shopping the brand at this store is very much worth every dime.
Spent ~$900 on fine jewelry in mid February. Now less than 3 months later my ring has broken from normal everyday wear. They not only said they would not repair or replace it, but they would offer only a store credit for the lowest amount it could have been sold for. Even if I got a special when I bought it, that same special doesn’t exist now- so I’ve lost value/money due to the poor quality of an expensive piece? Sadly I will not be spending her anymore- if the quality can’t be trusted and the company/staff won’t repair/replace or make the situation right on a quality issue after 3 months.
Went to go pick up a curbside order. My husband wasn’t able to park anywhere, since some selfish individual parked in the “pick up” area and we didn’t want to take up the handicap spot. Called them for the order, and assumed they wouldn’t take a long time - since we told the woman we were having to basically sit in the front of the store with no parking spot. My husband was starting to get frustrated, because people were trying to come into the area and we were just sitting there for about 10 minutes in the way. Didn’t seem like they cared about promptness at all. Also, the box that came with earrings was all scuffed up. Just a smaller complaint, but disappointing! Won’t be back to this location.
My favorite of the Kendra Scott stores here in Houston. Yes, the parking is a challenge, but it’s worth it. The service is excellent. They have a great selection, and they’re helpful without being pushy. Plus, it’s right next to Sweet Paris. You can eat crepes after shopping!
I loved working with Karleigh! I love Kendra Scott and have been a long time collector but it’s been a long time since I’ve been back because of previous management experiences in this store. She was super welcoming and went above and beyond at helping me find the jewelry I wanted, she even spent quite some time hunting down the Tennis bracelet from the Champagne and Chanel collection!
Parking is a nightmare at this location. However, the store is beautiful inside. The store is also next to other great stores for a day of shopping!
I love Kendra Scott jewelry but the customer service and staff training are really bad. I have had three bad experiences, once, the attendant has the nails so long that she couldn’t use the register to check me out, another time, I was pregnant, I approached the register to pay and two attendants completely ignored me because they were trying to figure out how the register works, and third, the attendant couldn’t figure out how to print a gift receipt. It’s a shame the company provides this service.
Had a great experience at Kendra Scott in Highland Village. Xiomara and her crew were so helpful. I had an email gift card and lost the email. They called customer service and got the information. And I created a gorgeous necklace at the color bar with Xiomara’s patient help. And they called another store to get me a necklace that they were sold out of and it will be shipped to my home.
I love my Danielle Albalone earrings. Gorgeous statement earrings. Can't wait to wear them. Sandra M, very helpful, and sweet. Thanks for the awesome experience. ️
I was very disappointed in my most recent visit here. I normally have nothing but nice things to say about any experience I have at Kendra. My experience started with nobody seeming to want to help me. When I finally got someone's attention, helping me was clearly the last thing they wanted to be doing. I was told numerous things I asked about were not available. She then let me know she was running to the back and would be right back. After about 10 minutes of waiting she never came back. I was then helped by an new employee who was extremely friendly and helpful. Come to find out everything I was looking for was indeed in stock and available. While she was helping me, the original employee left on break. Not even a work of acknowledgement. I was still waiting for her to answer some other questions. I am thankful for the new employee who helped me. It turned out the original person was the assistant manager from what we were told. It just makes me sad that one person can make you not want to go back. It was unfortunate.
Great location from the Austin based jeweler! They have safe health protocols in place and were very helpful when buying a present for my fiancée! Definitely coming back.
This store has done an amazing job at keeping things clean and safe! The parking is a little difficult so if you go during the weekend it could be challenging. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming!
