My kids bought me a necklace with their initials engraved and spent their hard earned money on this Christmas gift for me. I’d been saying I wanted a piece from KS for a while so they wanted to surprise me. When receiving the necklace the engraving is clearly OFF. Kids weren’t happy and when addressed concerns with rep they were told there was nothing they could do which is ridiculous. We will never do business here again. So unfortunate!

My son bought me a birthday present here, he spent a whole lot of money for a small little something. Which is fine, but 1: they had no way to verify what he was buying was actually what he was being charged for. Nothing to weigh the chain, no numbers to attach to the item nothing. How do they do business this way? Anyway I still love it, my son gave it to me so. And it is a beautiful cross. Well, two weeks after that, my chain broke. I took it in to be repaired about six weeks ago. Still don’t have my chain back!

Love all Kendra’s jewelry. Just purchased a lovely gold with my birthstone necklace this week at her Domain shop. I truly appreciate her staff and their suggestions.

I love this company their mission and the fact that they donate to so many Animal Rescues.

The staff here is friendly, sweet and helpful. They also have little treats if you bring your dog.

Olivia was so helpful and was fantastic. I would give Olivia 10/10 customer service. There where few other people who ignore me and did offer to help, I was thinking I would leave with a bitter note and Olivia was humble and nice and sweet and helpful

I wish I could remember the person that helped me out on Monday morning because she was awesome! I went to look to replace my old Kendra Scott necklace and she tracked one of the last ones down in Houston and helped me with a phone order. Above and beyond customer service from all the employees!

I had never been to a Kendra Scott store before. The staff were absolutely incredible every single one of them had a positive attitude and were patient and kind.
The jewelry is absolutely beautiful and very reasonably priced. My daughter and I enjoyed the color bar. And we love the fact that Kendra gives back in so many ways.

Huge shoutout to store manager Kim for her excellent customer service. Went looking for pair of bracelets, initially was told unavailable. However those were available for online purchase and pick up in store the same day. Was really disappointed and was waiting on a friend to complete her purchase. This is when Kim walked up to me and inquired if she could help. I told her about an overall experience. She was kind enough to look for those items I and Voila she found those bracelets. Hadn’t it been for her I had decided to never go back to this location. Kim converted my experience to an amazing one. We need people like Kim!

I love KS. But I am very sad because I can see the material now is not good. Some of the pieces that I bought lately have change color easily, while my old jewelry still looks perfect.

Went to this location to return a necklace my boyfriend had purchased for me. I handed the cashier the box that the product originally came in and presented her with the receipt of purchase. The store manager, Jaymi March came over. Jaymi looked at the receipt and took the box with the necklace inside and was thoroughly inspecting it. She then looked at the cashier that was helping us and stated "This is damaged". The cashier just looked back at her and said nothing. Jaymi continued her inspection of the product and proceeded to say that the product we were trying to return was "fake, damaged, and broken. " Then she leaves the necklace on the counter with the cashier and walks to the back and disappears. A few moments later she comes back with a new necklace that she got from the back. Jaymi then hands my boyfriend the necklace that she grabbed from the back and tells him "Do you see how this necklace feels different from this one? ". My boyfriend responded with, "they feel the same to me, I'm not sure why you're asking me that, I'm just trying to return the necklace. " Jaymi then tries to hand me the necklace so that I could feel the "difference". I told her that I would not be feeling anything that she wanted to hand me because all I was there for was to return a product.

At this point, I was beyond furious. Jaymi then continues to say that the product is fake and damaged. Jaymi even shows the cashier and has her hold it and inspect it as well. After dealing with this disrespect for about 10 minutes the cashier tells Jaymi "The necklace is real, what are you talking about". After the cashier made that statement, Jaymi continued to push her conspiracy that the necklace was fake. My boyfriend and I are livid, and she is now starting to see that. My boyfriend then tells Jaymi that if she thinks that we are trying to return a fake product then she should look at the security camera with the date and time stamp of the receipt. He explained to her that if she pulled up the footage, she would see him walking into the store and picking up the product from the counter. She didn't.

At this point, I no longer had any patience for her nonsense and (what I assume to be racially motivated) allegations. We had our original receipt in hand, there is video proof of my boyfriend walking into the store and buying the necklace, and she continued to accuse us of trying to return a fake product.

Customers around us were able to hear what was going on. The anger and embarrassment that this woman put us through is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect in my life and was mortified. We were discriminated against. I can not explain why else we were treated so rudely. Even the cashier was in shock that Jaymi was talking to us like that. We returned the product exactly how it was with a receipt, and yet we were treated like criminals.

The interaction finally ended with a full refund of the necklace. Later that evening my boyfriend received an email from Jaymi. The email we received was an even bigger slap in the face. I would have rather she had not sent that email out. In the email, Jaymi explains that the way we were treated is not how customers are treated at Kendra Scott and that her intent was for her to make us feel appreciated. I don't know if Jaymi is delusional because I'm not sure what part of that whole interaction was supposed to make us feel "appreciated". It is clear that her email was an attempt to not be held accountable for her actions. She invited us back to her store to shop with her so she can give us something for free. Why would she want to invite supposed criminals back to her store? I think it is obvious that this was a disgusting attempt to bribe us to keep our mouths shut about her beyond-terrible customer service.

Today I went in and as I was looking at a necklace a young lady came up to ask if I needed help. As I started talking I felt like I was going to faint. She immediately ask if I need to sit down and ran to get me water. She didn't make a scene and really helped me as much as she could. She even stayed with me to help me complete my purchases. This sweet person was named Isabelle. Please tell her I said THANK YOU! (yes, I told her in the store but I really want her to know, she did a great job) I will defiantly shop in store from now on just to buy from her!

So happy we were able to visit this location. The staff went above and beyond welcoming my family in. We all ended up buying items. Just wanted to thank everyone who made us feel so welcome and was there to help with any questions we had. They even have fruit pouches to our little ones. Thank you everyone so much!
