7Well, the website said they close at 9: 00 we got there at exactly 8: 00 and the girl told us we are closed as soon as we walked in the door and she was kinda rude about it. Maybe she gets a lump of coal in her stocking for Christmas and we shop somewhere else.
So thankful to Shelby! I didn't know they closed at 7. I walked in at 6: 50. I was able to return a few items. Search for new items and get some gift cards. She was so patient and gracious! This is my absolute favorite location.

Worst customer service. Not buying cheap kendra scott jewelry anymore. I also noticed how racist this store is, even thought the workers are a minority. Maybe they think they are not but look Hispanic.
Ended up buying a pair of beautiful earrings @ a pop up event at my salon, but the cashier Shelby could not have been more standoff-ish & unwelcoming. At an event like this, when you’re walking up to an EMPTY table you would expect to be greeted by the salesperson and I can do without the small talk but that’s always a plus as well. I didn’t get more than two words from her just asked for my email & phone number for the receipt - that was it…. I love ks and have supported for many years, but the customer service was horrible.
I arrived at 10am on Saturday when their posted hours say they open. They were having some “workout party” inside and we were told they have an “emergency with one of the guests. ” An ambulance never arrived and the people in the shop were all walking around with drinks and were shopping. We called at 10: 15a and were again told that they were still having an emergency. Yet again no ambulance and women walking around with drinks shopping. Luckily there is a kendra Scott close at university. Will not give these people my business. Good luck to those who want to shop when the elitist workout group is in there who thinks they own the world. Lol!
Izzy is THE BEST! She helped us find exactly what we needed and wanted. Love her, and I’ll always go to this location because she’s here.
