Kenmark Homes built our home and we have been very pleased with the craftsmanship and quality of our home. They have excellent customer service and Jeff Gordon has been wonderful working with us. He’s helped us even after the purchase of our home, and that speaks volumes. We would definitely recommend using Kenmark to build your home!

This was our first new construction home build and our first house in Texas! The entire process was so much easier than we ever thought possible. Kenmark made every step in this process as easy as possible. We started the selection process in September/October of 2019 and had a beautiful new home in May 2020! We love our home and couldn’t be happier with the end result!

Jeff Gordon was our sales rep and he communicates and guides you during every step of the way from start to finish! Jeff definitely goes above and beyond, along with the entire Ozee family! If you are looking to build you dream home, I HIGHLY recommend Kenmark homes!

I purchased a brand new inventory home in Northlake, TX and the house being built next to me a Kenmark Home the driveway was built up about a foot high and higher then any average or any other driveway built in the neighborhood. It looks like a dam was built and it is only 3.5 feet away from my property line so the grade is very step, I raised concerns of the drainage issues that would happen due to the driveway being built up so high. Neither the builder nor the prospective buyer of the property are concerned nor did they respond to my requests of how the ugliness and size the height and drainage issues would be resolved. We had a storm this past weekend and another storm come through and my concerns where warrantied and water rose and came many feet onto my property and much sand and clay where deposited onto my property and ruined many many feet of sod and most likely my fence which is being built at a cost of $15,000.00. I Contacted anyone and everyone no one will help, HOA, City planning and development, my builder builder next door, landscaping companies, excavation companies, civil engineers, anything and anyone you can think of I have contacted for help to say there is an issue or no there is no issue and if there is an issue how it will be resolved and who will repair it. Any and all professional companies that did come out to look at the issue from excavation, landscaping, and Olshan stated that there is an issue and it will be on going now and in the future.

We love our home & Kenmark! Kenmark really scores well in the design and construction seems solid too. Most builders put cheap bathroom vanities and mirrors in.when Kenmark upgrades it for probably a similar cost. Kudos. We worked with Val Grooms and highly recommend her. She’s very nice and even helped us find repairs in our final walk thru that we missed. You won’t be disappointed.

From the moment we explored the open house, my wife and I knew we had to have it. The house details were not of our own choice, but the detail that Kenmark put into the house was so perfect and to our liking, we almost forgot to even look at the price. When we finally did, we were surprised as it was much lower than we had guessed. We have lived in home for a week now and have had a little thing here or there pop up to which Kenmark has responded quickly to remedy them. Overall, we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend one of their homes to anyone interested.

I moved into a Kenmark Home a couple months ago and absolutely love it! The Builder and contractors are very good to work with and easy going. They make sure that at the end of the day, everyone is satisfied and happy! I have really enjoyed the whole process and would definitely recommend Kenmark to any of my friends and family. I would not recommend anyone to these ppl its just the bricklayers they use they are not professional bricklayers they do sloppy work if you dont be careful you might even get scammed really bad experience on the masonry part
