When I began the process of seeking a new doctor to elevate my attractiveness and appearance, the uncertainty of how my vulnerability would be received was a bit unnerving.

However, Dr. O is by far one of the most personable doctors I've met. She is highly knowledgeable, consistently prioritizes my well-being when suggesting procedures and skincare treatments, and her team is top-notch.

Their genuine concern for your best interests sets them apart.

The office seems disorganized and unprofessional. I called 3 months ago for an appointment with Dr. Ogunmakin. I was told that the doctor would not have an availability for 6 months! They offered to put me on a waiting list.

I'm still getting used to Texas. I'm from Chicago. Back home that meant when an availability opens that someone would CONTACT you to set up an appointment.

So you can imagine my annoyance, when I get a NOREPLY message from Dr. OGUNMAKIN stating I missed an appointment that I never made.

So that means the original person cancelled and instead of CONTACTING me, they assumed I would show up and when I didn't, they gave me a cancelation. Just ignorant and unethical.

I'm checking my card because I think they are trying to bill it.

I was never called to setup a doctor's visit. A waste of my time. I'm having hairloss and psoriasis so I don't find this amusing at all.

I do not like the way I was treated as a patient. When I would call and ask simple questions regarding my medication or to see if I can receive a refill for lost medication. I received a call from the nurse of Dr. Ogunmakin stating that she no longer wants to service me and to find another provider! That was very unprofessional I have never been treated so badly from any provider this really hurt my feels.

She’s very caring, attentive and provided real solutions to my medical issue. She acted immediately to alleviate my pain. Great doctor!
