16There is never a long wait before I am seen. Dr. DesRosier, the nurses and the staff are pleasant and efficient.
Soft-spoken gentleman. Examination was thorough but gentle. Aware of any movement or pressure inducing pain. Created a health care plan together. Finally, I have a team that I trust!
The office staff is very efficient and polite and they all have a caring attitude, the nurses that check you in and take vitals and history actually listen when you answer them, that makes it nice so you don’t have to repeat yourself. Dr DrsRosier is a very caring and compassionate Doctor that listens to you and truly cares about your wellbeing, he wants you to feel better and strives to help you attain that goal. This is a great group.
The PA asked excellent questions and listened carefully to my concerns. When Dr. Des Rosier came in to meet me he was extremely polite and he also calmed my concerns.

NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BAD FROM A DOCTOR
I been his Patient since April 2023.
The first time I went to see him I waited 1.5 Hours, second time I went was also 1 hour!
There was only one time I got seen pretty quickly
Today 17th of October I had my appointment at 8: 15 and I got there at 8: 20 because of traffic.
I never complained all the other times while I waited so long for the doctor.
When I got there the staff told me: since you're couple minutes late we have to see if we can still fit you in! I was like ok, the lady came back she told me yes he can still fit me in.
I talked to the manager that I never complained about waiting for so long the other times.
She apologized to me, yet I told her I will talk to the doctor about it.
Then Dr Desroiser came to see me at 9: 05 am, after we talked about my health I told him I was not happy what his staff told me!
He said you're actually late 20 minutes and I still made room for you. I told him I never complained that I was seen late for all my last appointments. He said I don't care that was in the past and he told me you're my guest to leave now and I can cancel all you're prescriptions and you don't have to come here anymore.
He is super unprofessional
I think nobody ever told him their opinion, he is always right in whatever he is saying but he never sees his mistakes in what he is actually doing to his patients!
️️There was a patient before me her appointment was at 8 am and got seen at 8: 30 so even if I would've showed up at 8 am I would've never been seen at 8: 15 am️️
Apparently the staff told me they talked to the manager about it because this keeps on happening.
Not everyone will play along with his stupid games!
I don't even think it's the staffs fault because they can't do anything about it.
I just hope they quit working for this stupid doctor, he will never appreciate his stuff or his patients!
I left the office super angry
They won't see me ever again and I will write reviews everywhere I can!
He doesn't even deserve 1 Star and he should think about retiring
I have been a patient of Dr Des Rosier for several years. I trust his advice and he has treated my ailment with care and respect.
Very friendly people they take there time spending with you don't rush you over all Kenneth DesRosier is an excellent Dr.

IVE BEEN A PATIENT A LONG WHILE HES ALWAYS BEEN GOOD WITH US "BUT" THE OFFICE COULD HAVE SHOWN PROFESSIONALISM BY ADVISING US MY INSURANCE AS NOW NOT EITHER ACCEPTED OR WE WOULD HAVE OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES WE INCURRED LRGE BILL THIS PAST VISIT AND IT SURPRISED US
Dr DesRosier’s treatments allowed me to get my gout under control and be gout-pain and flare up free for the first time in many, many years. Plus, he’s a great guy. Thanks so much Dr DesRosier!
