Sorry I did not mean to give a bad review or rating. My phone was lagging and I closed the screen but apparently it thought I touched the 1star rating witch wasn't even showing on my screen.

Ken's heating and was quick to respond to an AC that stopped blowing cold air. Turns out we needed a whole new system. We were ok with this as we were wanting to upgrade to a more efficient system. They gave us a range of quotes. I ran the problem and prices by my uncle who runs an HVAC company in AZ. He agreed with the diagnosis of the problem and said that a new system would most likely be needed and the quotes were a fair price. They installed a few days later and had us up and cooling in a day. Very happy we went with Ken's and a more efficient system. Saving about $100 a month on energy bill now. Trustworthy company and hardworking employees.

Kens Heating and A/C company is excellent! Excellent service, knowledgeable technicians, and kept their word. They installed two new units in our duplex. Came when they said they would and clean up after they left. We will use them again for sure:)

My boy Josh did a heck of good job. He came to our house and did maintenance on our A/C. He never took advantage of us.

Damaged storm door during installation. Pulled shock and anchor from door frame. Came out to look at it. Brandon said they would have it fixed. Three weeks passed still not fixed. Not responding to texts. Use somebody else

The temps have been extreme and most of us are running our ACs nonstop. This morning I woke up to standing water under the baseboards of my unit. So, I called after 9 this morning not expecting to get an appt. Brent Johnson, the owner, said the day was booked solid, but he'd make a ticket, and if a service guy was in my area, he'd try to make it by my house. To my surprise, Josh showed up at 1: 15 and finished just after 2. He worked diligently until he finished the job and cleaned up the area, AND the cost was well below what I expected. This is not the first time I've had AC/heating problems on a Friday. Every time, Ken's Heat & Air have worked me into their schedule when it was a busy day for them. Customer service doesn't get any better than that.

I have used Ken's for new installation, add-ons and repairs for many years. They always show up when they say they will. They explain everything and work with my budget. I am always pleased with the service I receive from everyone in the company. Top notch!

Ken's Heat & Air is hands down the best A/C company in Sulphur Springs! They always work with my schedule, and any time I have called they have came out that day. They offer affordable and quality work. I will always use Brent and his crew with Ken's Heat and Air!

The office manager is very responsive and understood what we needed to assist with our AC problems. Our technician was able to walk me through what was happening and what the solution was.

Blower motor for central air and heat was randomly cycling on and off. Very annoying. The technician diagnosed the issue with my Trane system. Needed a new circuit board. They were able to order the card for this 27 year old system. Installed new card. Problem resolved.

We have used Ken’s heating and air several times. Brent and his crew recently installed a new unit in my salon. We love it! It turned out as we had planned, looks great and my electricity bill has been great too.

Ken’s Heat & Air I stalled a new unit inside and out and new duct and vents for my home I had moved and renovated. The installation was timely, professional and clean. The guys were friendly and helpful. When it was soooo hot, I thought I had a problem, they came right out…late at night and fixed me up. By the way, it was operator error.
Very professional, competitive pricing, very knowledgeable…. All around A+.

Been using Ken’s heating and air for several years for our business and personal house. Every time we have something unexpected happen during summer or winter, Brent sends his crew out asap to get it resolved. We have always been very pleased with there service. We have used them to install new commercial units and for repairs to our existing home unit.

Called Ken's out to do a major repair on our system. The owner reached out and scheduled a time and came out after normal business hours and got us back on our feet. Really appreciate the fast response from Ken's.
