Overall, I am very happy at this complex though there have been some unexpected issues. I don't like surprise random mandatory inspections, especially when it's obvious it's not random. The email said random annual inspection, but I have only lived here a little over 5 months. I could see it after an actual year. It's like they are looking for a reason to harass or evict, especially when the email states that if the inspection is not completed on the day scheduled the result will be a lease violation, which means eviction. I lived in my former community for 9 years and never had a random mandatory inspection. I don't like it, but maybe I should live in a house then. Other than that, the staff is great, maintenance gets done in a timely manner, and I couldn't ask for a better apartment for the price. That's why I rated 4 stars.

My application and move in process with Sabrina was stress free. She deserves 5 stars and more such a helpful person!

The maintenance service is great and they are fast I love living here. I will renew my lease

Mia Evan's is great she's always helpful and gives out fantastic customer service since I've moved in. Very quiet and clean place to stay

I've been resident since 2008 And I love Miss Coyia as a manager, she.is the first to actually talks to residents without hesitation And I was in Dire Straits with an issue that she easily resolved immediately, and not only that but hat's off to the maintenance, Oscar to be specific he's help me out so much with putting stuff around my bathroom to make it accessible for me since I injured my knee. And for that I give management and her crew Five Stars! God bless you miss Coyia

They are very nice And very friendly I really like dealing with them. It's so nice They are very kind. Unlike the previous one.
And when I see the unit it's super clean super nice I love it

I cannot wait to move. The rent is too high for the things that go on here. For example, after a long day at work, I usually have to park around the corner somewhere and walk to my building. Visitors freely park in resident parking and some residents are allowed multiple vehicles; so parking is a nightmare. Also, if you drive through the complex, you will more than likely witness bags of trash decorating the premises as well as overflowing trash receptacles. So, sadly, I do not invite anyone over.

From the moment I drove up to Kensley Apt Homes, I felt at home. I was greeted by Marlecia Sloan, and she informed me that she was new to the property as well. We both worked together to learn & make this move as smooth as possible. Thank you Marlecia for being patient with me on my new adventure.

Sara is the best! I would recommend anyone to come live her and talk to Sara. She has such a wonderful personality and a pleasure to work with.

I currently reside at Kensley and honestly I’m just disgusted. They have a roach infestation. When I did my walk through I saw a couple and informed the office and they acted like they didn them (go figure). No matter how much you clean, they don’t go away. I saw the negative reviews before coming here and said to myself maybe my experience would be different but wrong. The breezeways are extremely nasty and they don’t pressure wash. I’ve had a work order about an opening in my patio door for over a month now and they have not fixed it. The neighbors are very inconsiderate with letting their front door just slam because they are in and out all night. Don’t get me wrong, the apartment is a really nice size but they need to do better.

Great experience office staff was very helpful and constantly communicated with me during the leasing process the property manager Ana was great as well

Went to Kensley to see about a 3 bedroom apartment. A lady by the name of Mia greeted me. She provided great customer service and was very nice. I think this would be a great place to live. However, just a little too high.

My experience was top notch the level of professionalism, and my problem was quickly resolved thank you Miss Coyia and Miss Marlecia
