KENT POWERSPORTS, Selma TX

Came in for scheduled maintenance on my Sea-Doo & Matt/Devin at the service desk always provide great customer service. Also, props to the service techs & staff for the same day maintenance and wash!

Made appt for oil and tire install and added hydraulic fluid service too. Got there at 9am and was out at 12pm. Bike was clean going in and was the same when I picked it up. Trust their work and never had an issue in roughly 5 years of doing business.

Kent Powersports did a great job replacing my rear tire. They (Devin) had to special order the tire and made an effort to get my bike repaired quickly once the tire arrived.

Had a very good service experience with Kent motor sport less than 24 hour turn around on two wave runner oil changes and service. Devin was knowledgeable and professional.

UPDATED - Matt in the service dept.is great. Fast service, and he'll make sure you are taken care of. Some issues with the finance dept.actually billing me on time, or at all, but I'll be talking to the higher ups to fix this. I want to be fair, but I don't like spending my time to remind them to take my money.
I'll update later on this, but otherwise awesome place with lots of bikes and merchandise to choose from.
UPDATE- After addressing my concerns with the management, I received a call and spoke again with the finance department. This all happened within only a few days, but I wanted to wait and be certain that all my concerns were addressed and rectified before I updated this review. So far, everything seems to have been resolved quickly, and with concern.
I'D GIVE THEM ANOTHER STAR IF I COULD.

Well I had walked and walked and walked and finally stopped and took a rest at least they left one power outlet for the passerby so I give them that they get all that in the world for having enough to leave the power on so I can call him God bless this company and they prosperity and wealth come to all of them

Well came here to have my back tire changed. Everyone was very professional and the service was outstanding.
They took care of my bike and the pricing for service was excellent. Definitely recommend Kent power sports to everyone I know who ride.

I just picked up my Polaris Ranger today. At first I thought Kent Powersports was just another dealer that worked on your unit and then billed you. But I will say that Devin, Kent Powersports and the Polaris Company all came together and resolved an issue with my 2018 Polaris 1000 Ranger. I will always recommend this dealership over any in the immediate area. Thanks for all your effort to addressing my Ranger issue.

Nice place. I walked around the entire store and one sales person asked if I needed help when I was on my way out. Poor customer service. I saw at least 5 people, not including 2 at the front desk when you walk into the store, just talking and more importantly, ignoring me and my son. I will take my business elsewhere. 2 stars because it's really a nice store ‍️

Great place to come and shop their is all various types of motorcycles, ATV's, Utvs side by sides and boats to jet skis.

I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE FIVE STAR RATINGS FOR THIS PLACE. Horrible Service & Overpriced! I don't even have words to describe the service I received here. Once they ran my credit a day later and said I had been approved, their customers service went downhill. I should have just spent the extra money and took my business elsewhere. They even tried to overcharge me on accessories to my bike. I had to talk to different Managers in every department just to get them to fix all the issues. All they kept saying was "Im sorry". NEVER AGAIN!

Great experience starting with Chris who sold us our 2018 GSXR1000R, been in twice for service and the service department was awesome. Great group of guys that are willing to help you out. Very friendly and upfront staff. Sales and service have earned my trust and my business.

I walked into this store with my boyfriend on a Saturday morning. I know *nothing* about motorcycles and was just kinda tagging along but staff made me feel very comfortable and welcome.
I feel like if I was interested in learning about motorcycles or wanted to explore the idea of getting one (no thanks but I love being a passenger!) then the staff would be patient and not even a little judgey at my lack of knowledge.

I previously rated a 1 Star review after the poor customer I received. After being contacted by the owner, I decided to remove my rating & give them the benefit of the doubt. Although it seems after I did that, the owner no longer cared what I had to say. But I am a nice guy so I gave them 2 stars this time. There won't be a next time. Thanks.

I tried buying a Honda Metropolitan from Kent Powersports through Facebook Marketplace (they actively post their available scooters on there). Their customer service is horrible! I've tried contacting them twice via Facebook and someone from their team will reply and then leave me hanging for weeks. My advice to this company is - don't advertise your products on a platform that you can't provide the necessary customer service for. You will lose potential customers who were willing to spend good money on your products.
