3 Closed my account! But apparently they say I didn't and that overdraft protection is how they get you! Why would a bank even clear anything through knowing you haven't had money in that account. And Bridget Vincent
Branch Manager/Collections Manager emails me to work out a payment plan but then turns around and sends me to collections. She also gave me information on someone else's account who is of age and should have been contacted instead she gave me information on that account (Hippa violation). Banking for years but had to let kfcu because my debit card was forever "fraud " or just wouldn't work. Go bank elsewhere!
My boyfriend experienced a somewhat complicated situation that required a lot of phone calls, and at every turn Yazmin H.was extremely competent and helpful. She took everything in stride and never missed a beat. You are very fortunate to have such an honest worker on your team!
I bought a car on 2018 and everything was great then 2 years later they added on fees to my loan, consistently added on their own insurance policy even though I had insurance and showed proof EVERY SINGLE TIME whether in person or through email. I paid way more than I paid for the vehicle and they refused to fix the problem on their end.
I eventually gave up the car and would pay off the rest when I could. But, in the last 1 they have called me every day and sent out emails which it's not the first time they harassed me.
They sold the car and yet they say I owe over 10 thousand when with all my documentation I owed less than half of that.
Moral of the story, this bank is a wrip off, the staff have attitude everytime you talk to them and they are always right but throw a fit when you tell them how to do their job correctly. Very unprofessional.
Even though I gave up the car I will still take care of my responsibilities but refused to pay for their screw up.
Everyone's experience is different but make sure you keep every document because this location is not loyal to their customers nor are they honest.
