I got blindsided with a custody case and had little to no time to find an attorney to represent me. Kersh Law firm immediately started helping me and giving me advice. The case looked pretty grim and not in my favor, however, Christian fought for my kids and I like no other. She is worth every penny! The office staff is very communicative and extremely helpful. Divorce is emotionally, mentally and financially difficult. It’s much worse when children are involved. However, Kersh law firm understands what you’re going through. Everything happens in stages, and Kersh law firm guided me through each step. The most important part that the law firm did from the beginning was to quickly get me joint custody of my children. My case took over a year, due to many challenges and factors, but the law firm was able to close it out. I must acknowledge that everyone in that firm are excellent, especially in the court room. The law firm doesn’t cut corners, they look over everything. They are fair and realistic. They don’t sugar coat anything to you. I’m very fortunate that I had Kersh law firm in my corner.

If I could leave zero stars I would, no commutation and they are for the opposite party and not for there client, they called us liars, we haven’t had any one call up there, it is the other family that kept calling there acting like us, so much for our lawyer being on our side, calling the state bar on this company for sure, stole our 4000.00 and did nothing for us.

Had a consultation over a month ago. Was told they would call back in a week and follow up. I called back after not hearing anything to find out what more needed to happen and had a less than desirable experience where I “became rude and said I would use someone else”

Called back after I realized that the lawyer said he would follow up in a week and she how I was doing because he has a heart for veterans. Hang in there. Blah blah blah. I got a call back today when I asked to talk to an office manager about my experience and she started off with the “well unfortunately…” and it just wasn’t worth the call back.

I was talked over by the office manager and told it was my fault I didn’t call back, but I took the attorney for his word. Seemed like he cared. Still haven’t heard back.

If you are a military veteran I do not recommend this business.

Mrs. Landry was assigned to conduct our home study, and she was great to us. Very professional and kind. We received the results we longed for and we are truly forever grateful. Can’t forget about her paralegal Brenda, she always kept me updated at all times and made it easy for us to go through the process reassuring us and answering all of our questions promptly. On july 21,2021 my ex wife divorced me, she took full custody with exclusive rights: she could take the kids to live anywhere she wanted and I was paying $300 for healthcare insurance in addition to the $1500 in child support.
I could only spend time with my kids every other Thursday and every other weekend
She left the house leaving me with the kids in my care
In the beginning she did help me with the kids expenses
Later on she decided to stop assisting me saying it was my responsibility because my kids were living with me and still demanded of me child support money.
