Key City Vet was able to fit our pup in with minimum notice. She basically had a strained back. Chasing squirrels will do that to you. Thanks to the whole staff for the great care given to Tilly!

Key City Vet Clinic is amazing! The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable and always there for whatever our Frenchie needs! They even celebrated his birthday while we were away and he was there boarding. We definitely trust them with his care!

The key city vet team is always fabulous. They take exceptional care of my German Shepherds who can be a bit rambunctious. They spoil my monsters (aka dogs) rotten and make sure they are taken care of amazingly well! When I had kitties a few years ago, they were great with them too! From the welcoming receptionist, caring kennel techs, thorough vet techs, and fantastic doctors - all the staff is phenomenal. Enzo and Kaia love you all!

They are great at trying to get your bill as high as possible with no care or compassion for your pet. Dr Williams is in it to make large sums of money with absolutely no concern for your pet. They can never get your pet in when they are really sick. Dr Lewis owns it and allows dishonest business practices I'm going to have to look for a new vet and really a very suspicious case they still won't let you in to office with your pet. I guess so they can run up a bill without you knowing if your pet actually got that treatment. When a doctor enters a room on the first visit and there is over. $650.00 already written out something is terribly wrong.

Always taken great care of our dogs. Travel from Tuscola, just to take them there. It’s worth the drive. They are always so friendly. They just love on all our dogs even the outside ranch dogs! Wouldn’t go any where else. Went to another vet one time, won’t ever make that mistake again. Key City Vet is by far the best!

I want to let the Key City know I had to put my baby down July 3rd, and I usually go to another vet, but they were closed. I called Key City Vet and all I have to say is WOW! They were so compassionate for my baby and myself. It was her 17th birthday she had a long healthy life! I just want the area to know that I am amazed by the compassion they had for not knowing me.

We had to put our 16yr old cocker spaniel to sleep today. He had gone down really quick and was suffering. It was extremely hard on us and hoped we would not have to wait another day. They were wonderful to get us in ASAP. From the front desk, to the tech to Dr Williams They were very considerate of our feelings and walked us through every step of the way! Thank you so much.

We’ve used them for 16 years. Our dog had a stroke today about 4pm. They said they can see her tomorrow about lunch. Told them that wouldn’t help any that she’s be dead by then. I don’t understand a place that begs for business but then turns away it’s long standing clients when they are finally needed.

Called and asked the price to have a cat spayed. The lady said it cost $119. But then proceeded to advise me that this price did not include any medication or sedation. All of which is required for the procedure! I asked if she could bundle all of that together and give me that price! $413! $413 is the TOTAL cost to get a cat spayed! Seriously!? !? What exactly would the $119 get me? And why wouldn't you just give me the total cost of everything that is REQUIRED to get the procedure done?

**WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! **

Called about euthanasia, said if I wanted to be in the room it cost extra money. Didn’t use them. But that’s despicable.
