I went an hour early because we were under a tornado alert and I didn’t want to be home alone. They took me almost right away which really impressed me. I love Dr Hong.

I made and appointment for a simple eye exam. When I got to their office, I was told there was not an appointment time set.
Last year I made an appointment for Lasik and they had me down for a regular eye exam.

Terrible service! Watch out! They just charge you without checking with your insurance first! And the worst thing is they dont take responsibility of their own mistakes. Their manager was very rude and irresponsible.she kept me on the phone for hours without any tendency to solve my problem. Had an awful experience with them. My first and last experince with Key-Whitman eye center!

Very responsive and concerned. They got me appointment outside of there clinic to investigate the problem further. I was seen on a very short notice. Very professional.

I wasn’t expecting the level of service I would receive when I walked into that office. After I was done with my experience I was very pleased. The staff was friendly, talkative, informative, answered my questions, helped me understand everything they were doing and why they were doing it. They were a real pleasure to talk to! It was my first time there as recommended by my primary care physician. I will definitely return there every year for a check up and any eye problems I may have.
