Terrible, terrible, terrible. I visited this location on super bowl Sunday during the game, so needless to say the drive thru and the lobby were empty. Literally not a single other customer was there. The employee at the drive thru informed me that they were completely out of original chicken and only had a few crispy thighs. I pulled up to the window to pay, but then I asked him if I could just wait for them to cook some more original chicken. The employee went to the back and when he returned he told me no i couldn't wait because they didn't know when they were gonna drop any more. Huh? How does a chicken restaurant just decide to not cook any chicken. Shortly after that, another employee walks outside and just stands against the wall. Like, literally doing nothing. It was terrible.

Not great. Long wait, didn't ask if I wanted original or crispy, didn't ask what side with my number 2 combo until at the window. Food was just okay.

Service was poor. I ordered 2 drinks which were left off; I had to go back inside and fix them for myself. I detected an I don't care attitude.

Store was dripping water at counter and dinning area, store was dirty af, workers were looking like they was on the way to bed with bonnets on. My order was wrong instead of asking me to wait for fresh chicken they wanted me to subitute my breast and wing for a leg. If you want quality don't spend your money here.

Service is always great, prices are doable, chicken and my favorite sides were as expected, so very tasty.

This place had horrible services. They messed our order up several times and the chicken was cold as well.

Waited in the drive through for 45 min. When I got to the window no one even cared. Didn’t say sorry for the wait or anything. No customer service at all. All I got was a mashed potato bowl and it took them 10 min to get it together. The man taking orders was just saying hello when taking the orders. No how can I help you or anything. Will probably never go back. We waited so long most people left the line.asked for extra gravy. And of course once I got home there was barely any. So frustrating after you have a long day and just want to sit down and eat your food.

Okay, let's talk about KFC. I am not blasting this location. I am blasting the supplier for finding the smallest piece of chickens to place in my box. I have tried other KFC's and the colonel has turned into a private! There prices for what you receive is pure retail robbery. And must I say this is with a coupon!? All locations are supplied with the smallest pieces possible. Can you say Cornish hen!? Wow. Now that I have spoken regarding that ordering during rush hour all KFC's seem to have a problem with their coupons. I held up the line folks are huffing and puffing at me. Get it together across the counter. Can you say IT needed in the computer room, because this is the third time i have had this happened at different locations. This location scale 1 to 10 a 6 that's that good day!

First I had to wait 3 minutes to get waited
on and I was the only person at the counter. They keep saying we will be with you in a minute as they continued their conversation.

I ordered 4 pieces got to the house and had 3.

Horrible! The food is never fresh/hot and the service worse. I'd give zero stars if I could. There was a guy working at the drive thru window.as a young lady attempted to approach my car window after walking up to the back of my car from out of nowhere. Instead of him making sure I was okay, as a customer, he slams the drive thru window shut! This woman literally walked between my car and the drive thru window and he just stood there.on the OTHER side of the glass. I've given this establishment more than one attempt at getting it together. I'm done.

I came to the drive through to order the 2 pc crispy chicken fill up box meal (thigh and drum). When it was time to order my drink to go with the meal, First she said they were out of BOTH flavors of Mountain Dew that was advertised in the front of there restaurant. Next I pull up to the window and pay for my food first then the lady comes back about 5 minutes later to tell me AFTER paying that there is no more crispy chicken thighs, and asks do I want 2 drums instead? She was not apologetic or anything. So I asked are y’all completely out? Or can I wait for some to be freshly made and she then says “we don’t have anymore” so I say ok whatever just give me two drums then. Then she leaves and comes back to say the cook said it will be 7 minutes for crispy chicken so I simply say ok and park and wait for my food. After about 15 minutes she brings my food out and I ask if she gave me honey packets for my biscuit and she says they are out of honey too! Very disappointed and I was looking forward to this meal since this is the first time I’ve been in a while. I’ll definitely not be back to that location

This location needs to be renovated chicken was cooked too long had them to remake it fresh still was not good

Not even a 1/2 star. Pot pie was dry as dirt and the crust was very hard. Never again will I go there.

Would give it a -0, tried to use KFC coupon 3pieces 2sides and a biscuit $4.99 they charged me $8.99 and only took off $2 cashier said that's how they do it and prices went up. What does that have to do with the price of the coupon. Will never go there again!

The young lady who works the front counter named Tee'Yana and manager named Amos provide excellent customer service! The cook frys the chicken just right also

Horrible manager on duty at lunch time. Ordered chicken and mashed potatoes. Potatoes were lumpy asked for another side and fresh chicken. Manager told me it wasn't their fault the mashed potatoes were not to my liking.

Only a drive through experience, so I have to grade it by the details. Got no spork for my extra side of mashed potatoes for only 2 dollars. Also some of the chicken breading a little raw and suspiciously less cooked in this areas. I realize there is a huge amount of variance in service but it was okay. Great new waffle baskets, taste like candy bombs with a binary trigger in the syrup.

This is apparently a franchise location which is their excuse for the poor service, higher prices and all around lack of care.

Well this KFC on OST what's not good chicken wasn't done properly and someone didn't wash their hands
