15Wanted extra crispy they didn't have any done and none was down frying. So we had to take regular. My thigh had a big chunk of pepper in the coating so that wasn't very tasteful. So we will just go back to our other chicken place.
As soon as you walk in, it smells great. You feel welcomed. Acknowledged as soon as you walk in. Great customer service with smiling faces. Not a regular at any KFC so the cashier was very patient with me. I placed my order and went to get my drink. As soon as I sit down my food is ready. They were quick and delivered delicious hot fresh food. Everyone was happy with their food. The dining room was clean and bright. I will be returning.
The chicken was tasty, tender, hot when we recieved it. The sides were warm, the service was fast but the restaurant did not have any ketchup.
A big thank you to this KFC I ordered 1 chicken strip and fries and they were nice to give me an extra strip thank you
I usually get a pot pie from here they are always bomb af? I miss those flavors they had for chicken strips it's a shame they only kept the Nashville oh and the mash is always on point
Went through the drive-thru and they failed to give me a receipt good thing I pulled over to look inside my bucket because I was short changed to pieces of chicken when I went inside to make a complaint they told me I had to have a receipt when I let them know they didn't give me a receipt they told me they could not help me so I decided to go around through the drive-thru and file a complaint there and the young lady recognized me and apparently they decided oh you have to have the receipt well there was no receipt in my bag no receipt nowhere cuz I paid for it cash so they were trying to give me a hard time and saying that I had to have that receipt and not wanting to give me my two pieces of chicken that were missing from my bucket it's not so much the food that was missing it was more of them trying to just dismiss me and not caring about the customer when the customer is always supposed to be right!
KFC Chicken is the Best! The fried batter is my Fav in the Fried Chicken industry. I especially love the batter that collects behind the ribs of the breast. I always eat those first.
The owners of this KFC are gaming the system they keep switching ownership and raising the prices so often it seems on purpose
They are raising the prices every month 3 dollars
EVERY MONTH THEY RAISE IT 3 DOLLARS
and who's paying the price? Not the owners it's the customers

Worst chicken ever I ordered the 9 piece and it was soggy breading overcooked fries macaroni was gross mashed potatoes with gross gravy was gross place needs to be shut down I saw a rat run across the trash can at the KFC on military drive in zarzamora
Are the chicken tenders supposed to be drowning in oil when served? This is outrageous, I really love the chicken but this is not how you serve food, I'm sorry but a 3 star is what I'll give it. Check how employees serve food.
Good food, nice and clean. The staff were friendly and quick with the order. They all greeted as i entered and i felt very welcomed.
Haven't been here in yrs and got to say it's the best 45 bucks I've spent on a family meal since the pendemic started.china rose up Pleasanton wanted 75$. Never been one to complain about money but sadly economy is killing us taking back their stimulus checks with interested.anyhow KFC
Staff is friendly.but the dining room was dirty, two of the soda flavors were out I waited 28min my food was cold, 3 items missing, and called for two days still no answer. I spent over $60 for bad service
I wish I could rate the food but the past few times I have visited this location in the early evening by drive-thru, I'm told they ran out of chicken. I can understand once but 3 different times, days and months? If you think it's because I'm visiting before closing, that's not the case. I've been told that out of about 30 items on the menu, they only have a couple of items available for ordering! Really! I find this very hard to believe. I think the owner of this location needs to evaluate the evening/night time crew or whomever is in charge of ordering supplies/ inventory. Very disappointing!
