What an awesome place, fast service and the food good and hot and on Tuesday $ 3.00 deal two pieces of chicken and biscuit and gravy and for two people that's every Tuesday I'll be there what a great deal way to go Kentucky fried Chicken

Sat in the drive-thru for 5 minutes today and no one came on and said I'll be right with you and no one said anything.there was one car in front of me. 5 minutes in the drive-thru is a lifetime.especially when no one tells you they know you're there but they are busy.come on people.customer service is not that difficult

Ordered a chicken tender family meal and didn't receive any biscuits. Went back again couple weeks later and ordered the same thing and received a bucket of mixed chicken. Poor service. Manger was very rude over the phone when I called to complain what they have done.

First time I've ever eaten at KFC in my life and the Mac bowl was ok, typical fast food, so no complaints really. But where they excel at is customer service. All the ladies working there were friendly and courteous. Acknowledged every customer that came in and was just a pleasure to deal with, took their time explaining to customers about certain meals and such. To many times these days you get an attitude or like your a bother but these ladies were on it.left in a better mood then when I got there. Not many places in the industry are like that.

They gave me old cold stale fries at first good thing I checked my order before driving off! Then I asked for some Fresh fries and changed mine to corn which had NO taste or seasoning of any kind not even butter on it, Yuky! I wasted over $17 for 2 chicken sandwich meals and the sandwiches chicken was hard too! NEVER again!

We had a pretty good experience here. We came at a very busy time during spring break travel and the food was excellent as usual. When you have a recipe made of pure gold I guess it's kind of hard to mess it up LOL. We had chicken as a family and it was awesome.

The service was great the workers did an great job but the eating area was warm and not comfortable to eat in. Please fix your A/C!

My food was made with love tonight. It made me feel all the right things that fried chicken should… as well as my sides a.k. A.potatoes that was mashed macaroni —-that was cheesy—- and a biscuit I was in the clouds. Thank you Lord for blessing us in Beaumont Texas on College Street where they KFC and a staff that knows how to do it right and the Lords way. Hallelujah thank you Lord

Really really bad service. When you place your order threw drive threw they don’t even great you they just say Hi!

Really rude when you pay the girl in the drive threw Snatched my debt card out of my hand

This is a fairly good place, but you better check for your biscuits. I rarely get the biscuits I order unless I ask for them at the drive-thru window before I leave. This is really annoying.

Went to Kentucky fried chicken and placed an order for 2 pieces of original recipe chicken and they gave us only a single piece of chicken and it was white meat instead of black meat.

I ordered online and drove 25 minutes to get there. When I got to the window I was told the chicken was frozen and I needed to leave because they didn't have anything for me.

I have been going here for along time but the new crew is super rude. The manager is super nice. I was told that we couldnt have 2 separate orders, and that we would have come around the drive threw again on my lunch break to order my food. Which was terrible This only happens when the manager isn't there. The manager is a nice guy and works hard when he isn't their everyone is super rude and is know for wrong orders. My other co worker had fries thrown into his vehicle. I feel for the manger.

Tried to order through the drive thru. We waited for a while while the vehicle in front of us was trying to order. IDK what happened, but he drove off. We pulled up, and was not attended to. After multiple attempts to get someone to respond, some one finally rudely responded. The place was empty of customers. I am not sure what the issue was, but we didn't want to wait on original chicken, we left very disappointed. Poor customer service at the drive thru.
