KFC, San Antonio TX

What can you say about KFC, its chicken that's fried. It's good, not great, but its consistent and this location tends to be above average.

Literally watched someone spit into our food after waiting over half and hour for it to be made. Manager tried to gaslight us and sau it didn't happen. Will be calling corporate. This is unacceptable.

Smells DISGUSTING.food tastes dirty. Restrooms are disgusting and the workers act like you're bothering them when they haven't even had 1 customer in an hours time. Do not recommend coming to this location. Even outside smells like raw sewage, so your appetite is gone when you walk in.

The order was complete and correct and tasted as expected. We ordered online but still had a 15-20 minute wait. The dining area needs a solid cleaning. There seemed like plenty of team members but looked like they were doing something close to nothing.outsider opinion, that's just how it looked.

Lady standing over guy at cash register was extremely rude. I think it was the manager. I had not been to this location in many years. They could never get the order right. Thought I would try again. Won't be returning. Food very greasy too.

My sisters was in an accident yesterday evening and when we left the emergency room we were very hungry. So we decided to go to our favorite KFC, store #3015, on 6808 NW Loop 410. The manager Ryan and his team, provided us with an enjoyable meal, that hit the spot, and we didn’t have to cook it. Thanks KFC crew, momma Duke’s

Food was fresh. Only gave 4 stars since I had to be pulled up. Other than that everything was great.

The restaurant looked empty and they took a while to come to the front. We ask them if they're serving food and the cashier says, "Well was the door open? " I answered "yes" well then I guess it's open. How can I help you? The original fried chicken was good. Most of the tables were dirty and the back room was full of what looked like paperwork. The restroom was dirty and restaurant was too cold so we couldn't stay long. We ate and left super fast.

Not good went for a chicken sandwich meal had to wait for fries which is fine however when i left realized they didn't give me my drink, then i get home eat ny sides only to find the chicken sandwich the main thing was not there. Was not happy.

CLOSING IT WHILE I WAS TELLING HIM SOMETHING THEN HE HAD ME GO 2 D FRONT N WAIT. 2 MINUTES N COMES OUT WITH MY FOOD. LAUGHING ABOUT. 2ND TIME I WENT, HIS FRIEND TOOK MY WENT 2 D BACK, THEN WHEN I WENT 2 PICK MY ORDER RYAN IS THERE LAIGHING BOUT SOMETHING N NOT BEING PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. THESE 2 R A TAG TEAM. I CALL CORPORATE D 1ST TIME. N NOW IM DONE. I WILL CERTAINLY LET MY FRIENDS KNOW BOUT THIS SITUATION N IM SURE THEY WONT GO BACK. WONDERING IF SOMETHING IS BEING DONE TO THEIR ORDER AS I WAS WONDERING.

Seems kinda like an express KFC - You know just a small kitchen area - thing is this use to be a Taco Bell / KFC deal you know - then Taco had to jet and just left the KFC there - with the tiny dining area and kitchen - anyway the chicken or in general food there is I'd have to say pretty good considering- so I would say no line cozy dining area - perfect for a stress free pretty good meal - go check it out - you'll be like ok ok

Got myself a personal bucket it came with mashed potatoes macaroni and cheese or fries got three tenders a biscuit and popcorn chicken it was good

Nobody can do chicken like kfc - nobody! Cold slaw cannot be matched and the service is great! What are you waiting for? Go

I gave KFC a try after many years. I ordered the big box with a chicken sandwich and it came with my choice of 2 sides, biscuit and drink. The green beans were very salty, the fries were cold and had a lot of small pieces (loke if they were left over), the sandwich was not good at all. Will not come back!

Family combos is kinda pricey
Not like usual
I understand that everything is going up but sometimes is better rise a few cents and sell a lot. More customers more $ but is you do the other way only going to sell ones a week or every other week i can't afford it like before

I went there for lunch and sat on the drive thru window for quite a while without anyone acknowledging that I was there. I had to flail my arms so someone could see me. I'll never go there again.
