KFC, Copperas Cove TX

Chicken tenders were good, I was given fries instead of mashed potatoes and gravy in both orders. The bucket of chicken looked awful. It was soggy and looked like it had been sitting for quite a while. No one wanted to eat it. Probably won't order here again.

The manager was pretty unpleasant. Ignored me for a good while I was standing there waiting. Guy walked in for his scheduled interview and she just sent him away without reason. Just rude to everyone.

Went here today for lunch. There was no one at the counter counter taking orders. There were no customers in the dining area. There were two employees decorating a Xmas tree in the dining area and they were doing more talking and laughing than decorating. Finally one of the cooks saw us and he said some one will take care of you. We waited and then a lady with a head set told us that we will be taken care of in a minute. We weren’t. Why would it take 10 MINUTES just to place an order when you have an empty restaurant!
We left and went to McAlisters and got our food with in 5 minutes. We will never ever visit KFC restaurants again.

This place is so unprofessional every time I come here I have gotten rushed while trying to order. However this time definitely takes the cake… we ordered a pretty simple order consisting of a chicken sandwich with fries and a famous bowl. After we ordered we were told it would a 4 minute wait for the fries and if we could pull off to the side and they would bring it out. Which is fine so we pulled off to the side and waited, after 15 minutes a lady came out and asked us what we had again so we told her our order again and she said over her headset what we were waiting on. She went back inside and we assumed she would be coming back with our order. After waiting another 10 minutes with multiple cars passing us and receiving their orders we went in to the store. Once we walked in we were again asked what we had so we told them again … then was handed a meal that was incorrect. Asked to speak to a manager and no one seemed to have an answer we waited 30 minutes at this point and got the wrong order making us wait again for our correct order to be made and after 40 minutes of our time being wasted we were even offered any help or any free items for having waited so long and being forgotten about 3 times. This was an absolutely terrible experience and I will never be returning here normally I am okay with waiting a little as I understand they may be busy and such and I never like to complain but this is just beyond unacceptable because we were waiting on our food to be ready we were simply forgotten about. To end the pleasant experience we got our food and it was cold a truly lovely trip to kfc.

This particular store is not up to the standards KFC maintains. It seems to be highly mismanaged. After visiting more than once over this past year, I left feeling as though I was not satisfied with my meal or their service. Main items were not available during the normal hours for dinner, causing me to choose something else last minute. There were also extremely long wait times (25 minutes) to have my first choice from their menu.

The service is awful. Who ever worked on Sunday November 14,2021 around 3pm are not nice or caring people. Definitely will never come back to this place.

It was okay. The chicken tenders didn't taste like kfc chicken whatsoever, the biscuits were dry. The employees were playing loud music in the back and it wasn't very enjoyable to listen to. Womens bathroom was disgusting and the door handle is broken. There was chicken grease all over the Colonels picture frames and trash stuffed into the wall where it's coming apart from the wall.

Love the classic chicken sandwich and the tenders are delicious. It looked like they were short staffed but they made me feel valued as a customer. I usually don't go to this KFC but I was in the area and decided to eat at this location. Will most definitely return.

We could not get anyone to wait on us, even though it sounded like a party in the back! The fries were cold and hard! A horrible experience to say the least!

Never coming here again. It’s not worth it. All I asked was for a mashed potato and they didn’t even heat it up properly. The girl working the drive through, didn’t even give me the right change. Then a different person handed me the food and when I said thank you she said “thank you” with an attitude and on top of that, my large bowl of the mashed potatoes wasn’t filled up all the way. I’m never going there again.

Poor customer service, we didn't get our biscuits with our family meal. We asked for all dark meat didnt get that.we never was given a choice of original or crispy and the tea was sour. One of the worse KFC restaurants ive been to.

Went to the drive thru and the lady talked so fast she was interrupting me when trying to order. Paid with card but did not hand me receipt so I thought she put in bag. Got home and the biscuit was rock hard. The chicken tasted like it had been fried too long. The bowl was almost all mashed potatoes, corn was crunchy and the chicken over fried. Just awful. So, this is why they got one star.

Ordered Extra Crispy 16 piece meal. We received an extra soggy 14 piece with a thigh and wing missing, plus ordered 4 extra biscuits, making it 12 biscuits in total and received ZERO! This is the 2nd time this month we ordered this exact meal. The time before this we received the 16 piece meal, but with only 1 breast and 1 thigh, and again, it was extra soggy. Our last time ordering from here. We're EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Would give zero stars, if it was an option!

There is usually a wait for food, but I overlook the delay because the staff always caters to my custom order. They seem to be under staffed at times, but given the circumstances, they seem to work hard to get the orders out. They are transparent and apologize if they are out of something or if there is a delay. They have even let me call in an order ahead of time so I can swing by to pick it up by a certain time. The staff seems very friendly and I can tell they hustle hard. My food is fresh and never disappointed in that regard. Thanks for the great chicken!

This is the worst KFC I’ve ever been to and I thought I’d give it a second chance but no disappointment the service is awful the drive thru is not friendly whatsoever. I’m waiting on my and I hear workers talking about their personal lives my tenders where old and dry and hard like they’ve been sitting for hours and of course no biscuits definitely won’t be returning to this location

Would give 0 stars if I could.
While ordering employee was rude and short tempered. When we got to the window I asked if I could add a large order of Mac and cheese she replied that “I am not allowed to, but I guess I could. ” When we got home we checked and there was no Mac and cheese in the bag. The chicken tenders had dry meat and soggy breading, the chicken little sandwiches had the same problem plus a stale bun, the famous bowl had next to no chicken and the pieces in there were mainly just breading and the fries were cold and limp. The only thing in our order that was done right was the soda. Do not go here.

Worst KFC in Central Texas. Employees play out back while customers wait and then they don't have what you order over 1 hour before closing. Then when you get your 50 dollar order it's all wrong, cold, and burnt Chicken like the pulled it from the trash. Cold mashed potatoes and literally black gravy. Absolutely the worst KFC I've ever been too. Stay away!

Went thru drive-thru and ordered the 3 piece meal with an extra biscuit and honey. When I got home I didn't get the extra biscuit or the honey. If it wasn't 9 miles back to that store I would have gone back and complained.

I always order extra crispy, the previous 2 times they gave me original recipe. Called them back & went back & got some fresh chicken. Today before I left I asked the lady is this extra crispy she said no it's original recipe, I said I ordered extra crispy, so they made me some fresh chicken. Waited 30+ minutes for my food. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star was because they got my order wrong again, luckily I asked before I left. But the food & sides is always great! And to me they have the best chicken pot pie.

They actually made me bring my food to have a remake of order that they messed up. And then gave me old chicken when I came in for the remake. Very dissatisfied.
