KFC, Amarillo TX

The older lady with glasses is very rude! Not sure if she’s a manager but she does not have good customer service. She would not give me her name.

Usually have a good experience at this kfc but this time around the girl at front counter didn't try to take our order and didn't try to take our order till she was done. When we told her she told kitchen and they missed 2 spicy chickens and a 5pc, not to mention the sides were just tossed in like they couldn't care less, truly sad tbh.

They don't even deserve one star. Rude service! They were upset that we specified fresh fries! You shouldn't have to ask for fresh food! Fries were still cold! I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last restaurant on earth. That's all I'm going to say!

The worker was extremely rude and kept giving me attitude. I get that they are tired and they are teens but fake it until you make it. We also order online, they only gave us half of our meal and refused to give us the rest.

They should be ashamed of their self for giving me nasty fries I know they will not eat those fries so why do you serve them to your customers

Fries were dry, extra crunchy, and over seasoned (very salty). No plastic utensil for my famous bowl. Soda lid popped off after grabbing my drink, soaking my pants and car seat.

You need to check your food before you take off. These people don't know the difference between chicken breast and wings.

I gotta change my rating based on tonights experience. So so slow. So slow that i cant even order. Sat in drive through line for no joke, 30 minutes. I timed it. I didnt move the whole time. So i left

Can literally see your emoloyees hiding in the back at 9: 40. I get closing time is 10: 00 but if you’re clocked in, and your cars are all in the parking lot, then you should be serving some chicken because that’s your job title. Waisted 15 min of my time and even more for the people who were here in front of me. Who is managing this location? These reviews are so bad? What measures are being taken to fix anything? Overpriced mediocre chicken. I’ve had good KFC and this location is not it.

Great experience with dinel-in at this location. Nashville tenders, fries, gizzards were delicious. The store is clean

Horrible! Ordered online, tried to give me wrong order. Told me to park cause they would have to make my order, brought me the wrong order again. Third time, still had things wrong and some missing. Gave up and just delt with what we got.
