Food was cold and the breast was as big as a goose so not really sure what they are selling.

Jefferson was really nice and sweet. We need more people and customers service like him someone that actually enjoys there job! Now days we don't see this especially in fast food restaurants. Jefferson you were great!

Stopped by for lunch through the drive through and asked the lady working the drive through (Ezperanza) for a 8pc tenders with fries, (family meal) with 2 more orders. She forgot my drinks (2) and instead of tenders they gave me 8pc chicken legs and thighs!
Don't know how she got tenders confused with a 8 chicken pc. But its very upsetting getting to work with a short amount of time and not getting what we asked for. Now I'm here with a big basket of chicken!
They need to learn to make orders right!

Service was slow, there wasn't many workers and when more workers came in they were getting confused on who was working on what. My wait was about 30 min and glad I checked my order because I was missing couple of things!

Definitely reporting to corporate, just arrive at this kfc at 10: 33 they didn't take my order they said they're close, the big guy with glasses was outside taking out the trash and said they will not serve old food and they're slow. That was the excuse why they wouldn't take my order, I would never come to this ghetto unprofessional location. You close at 11pm honor that I don't care if you're slow, if that's the case close at 10: 30 not 11pm.very unprofessional

My son had been asking to go to KFC for a few months now. We decided to stop by after church and I am glad we did. The customer service was a 10+! From multiple employees! I even told my husband “these people deserve a raise” just due to their outstanding customer service. I always expect mid service from fast food places so when I received quality five star restaurant service, I was floored! We had a great dine in experience today.kindness and a positive attitude go a long way and the staff there today exceeded all of my expectations!

As a working person that only has 30 minutes for lunch, it is soo frustrating to show up to a spot I enjoy eating and be told were not ready, when it says you open at 10: 30 am and I was there at 10: 50am, not only did I waste almost half my break, gas and most importantly without anything to eat for lunch. Please don't try to solve it with free stuff, I'm not that guy. Just open when you say you do or change that sign! Ridiculous how much fast food has lacked lately, unacceptable!

If I could give this place a 0 star I totally would! Worst management worse staff this place is not organized at all! What kind of chicken place has no chicken! I was trying to order crispy chicken for my orders manager told me it’s going to be 5 min. And then she told me 35 min saying they don’t order a lot of crispy chicken. This place is so unprofessional I would never come to this place ever again. Customer service is the worst. I would like to talk to someone in charge of this place because this is so unacceptable! This place is going to closed down because I would definitely let all my peeps know not to ever come here ever.

I'm sorry but customer service come first. It's not my fault that your employees didn't show up to work and that you and two employees had to do the job. It's not my fault that you posted hours to be open and you wasn't open and I'm complaining. It's not my fault that I don't have a car and couldn't go to your drive-thru. Maybe you should just close this restaurant up

I am very disappointed with this KFC location, i ordered a family meal they did not put my biscuit order along with mashed potatoes when i got home i called this location but i could not get a answer. The next day called this location again to voice my displeasure. So the manager offered me a free family meal.she told me to redeemed is any time, so now i get my phone number blocked. So i let it go! So i went back to purchase 12 piece wings and waited for 7 minutes so i went to eat wings bit into it. It was raw in the inside. Called but no answer again. I used to love going here for lunch, now ill sit out hoping they will get new management.i will go somewhere with good customer service. In my opinion i would highly recommend not to go this location. If the manager treats customers like this imagine the employees.

Their chicken tenders were dry and felt like rubber when I bit into them. I was expecting better. Also, the took their 12 piece wings off the menu.

Bad service.

It was a very bad experience it was only 2 workers in the store one worker did not understand English and the other worker was more focused on the drive through window than the take out I will not ever patronize that particular store and I will encourage others not to go there they were also rude they had a bell on the counter to ring for service thats not service

The chicken is good a little expensive and a customer service is pretty bad. The person at the speaker is not familiar with the specials that they have

This is my childhood KFC. I almost forgot it existed.great staff.young man at the Window was very confident and welcoming.

Hey drop by and give this local KFC some paper towels.food containers. Sauces.and better yet if you have the extra time call them to see what they need during the shortage.

I get tired of all the ignorant people working these places, they want $15 but aren't worth $5 a hour, I go to the drive thru to place an order, I tell them specifically what I want, they repeat it, charge me the extra (I don't mind) and still screw it up, I tried calling but they don't answer.

This KFC ordering intercom not working & cashier register not working a very long wait & no discount. Need to get these things fixed.

This young lady was a great greeter, thank you so much, and may you continue your good work every single day.
There are not enough words that can express just how much I appreciate her kindness to me.
And the lobby area was nice and clean, and some reason there was no flies or any others insects in the building flying around as you eat.
To the manager I hope this is the correct girl I was there at 3: 24 July the 12th 2021
Just FYI: it wasn't a special treatment she treated all race the same.

Didn’t check my order until I made it to work and started eating my stomach started hurting was filling sick to my stomach I am thinking about reporting them to the news station
