Came in at 10: 30pm, which I get it's late, but I wanted some food after not eating all day. I ordered the sandwich box and my friend ordered a 5 piece. I asked for fries to which the rather rude lady said she did not have. Thats fine, but after ordering the classic (she gave me spicy) She gave my friend fries with his order which.what the heck lol? You say you're out of fries then give my friend fries with his order? The food was cold, they gave my friend 4 pieces instead of 5 in the 5 piece box. What a joke for a food establishment. Head over to the one on warner ranch at least they're consistent with their food.
The manager, who was the drive thru worker, was rude. She was trying to rush us on ordering because she was on a timer. While I understand that most fast food places have timers at drive thru, it is very rude to rush your customers. Then because she wasn't communicating with her staff very well, she failed to mention that we would have to wait 30 mons for extra crispy chicken breast. Then when I called to speak with a manager, before I knew she was the manager, she had answered the call. She then claimed we yanked the order from her, which we didn't. Then while I was trying to ask why she would be rude about rushing a customer, she just kept saying we were the rude ones. And the chicken tenders I received were half regular size and half were like half pieces. Worst experience I have ever had at this location.
Haven't been to a KFC in a while. Now I remember why. My girl wanted it, and that was the worst soggy chicken iv ever had. I didnt even finish the meal I ordered. Never going back.
Worse experience and staff of any restaurant I've have ever experienced. The woman working the register totally ignored everyone in the lobby, stating she has to focus on the drive through.over 10 people walked out. I waited 20 minutes and she argued with me and said have a good day, refusing to take my order. A gentleman working came from the back to take my order. Worse 30 minutes of my life. Needless to say I will never go back and will warn everyone I know to avoid this KFC like COVID-19.
Spent $68.00 for food that wasn't hot and then they forgot items that we ordered buy the time we went back to pickup what they forgot to give us by the time we got back home everything was cold it was our family night everyone was looking forward to having KFC everyone was disappointed need to say.
It somehow took 26 minutes to make 5 chicken tenders. And they ended up greasy, under cooked and there was very little batter on them. There were two people arguing in the food prep area, so I assume one of them left our food in the oil and maybe didn't cook it.
Eek. What happened? Soggy chicken. Weird tasting mashed potatoes and gravy. Half filled sides. What I am hoping are “water” stains all over the ceiling. We good not coming to KFC going forward.
Every time I go in there they're fast my food is hot and ready the workers are very nice especially Dan it seems like he never goes home but he's doing a great job getting food out and hot thanks Dan
I asked the guyAt the window what's un the KFC sauce, he said "hell if I know, do you want some or not? " So I said I'll have the honey mustard, got bbq instead. Dude was rude the whole time. My 3 peice only had 2. This place is terrible.
I walked in and tried to order, but no one is willing to take my order. One staff was speaking on the phone looking at the screen pretending ordering something but no one was in the drive thru, another one saw me waiving but pretended she was busy. I just leave after 5 min waiting
My husband & I went through the drive-thru. Ordered 2 biscuits, butter, pot pie & a Mac&cheese bowl combo & a large sprite. When we left are order was wrong. It was two days ago.after we left, We received a kids size Mac&cheese bowl, a biscuit -NO BUTTER, NO Pot Pie, a different kind of bowl, & No Drink. Horrible service. Called 5 times right after we left, NO ANSWER at all. Not to mention we don't live there. We're from Austin. We we're VERY disappointed I. To this day I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone at the store.
Very rude Mgr Cara. I tried to call with a training opportunity and she just wanted to argue. She must have miss the customer service class. Last time I will try KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN!
I went to thru the drive thru and got chicken and I could feel the heat coming out of window. This location hasn't had air conditioning since May! It's a wonder the employees coming back or get sick and faint in this environment. Most of the time I don't get my order right.
Bad bad service and chicken was horrible looked very old and dry.worst 50 bucks i ever spent on food.poor customer service repeated order to like 3 times and still came home with wrong order for my family. This has happend before but nah never going back to this KFC.on 79 and Mace
I never get my order right. No one checks to see if order is correct before giving to the customer. Plus I can’t get my refund for me meal back which is crazy.
Horrible service & food cold & items missing. Tried calling to let them know because i couldnt make it back up there & no one answers the phone.
