2Ordered a mobile order. I pulled up through the drive through, since I have an ankle injury. There were no cars in line so I didn’t think it would be a problem. Well they refused to hand me my order through the drive through and stated I had to park and come inside. Also I picked up the order at the exact time the app said it would be ready and fries were soggy and chicken cold and I was missing chicken pieces. What a waste
This location on Montwood is ridiculous! The service is horrible! Went through the drive thru and every single car took about 15min, I am not making this up! When it was our turn and we pulled up the guy says hold please. We literally waited 14min I timed it. You all new new management "new GM" asap. Business is quickly decreasing. I'm a DM for a different fast food and believe me, I would never allow this to happen! Guest service is everything!
