The vibes are crazy, man. Little unhinged in the kitchen but it what keeps the morale so high, so how can I be mad?

They've done something to the recipe it doesn't taste the same it. The food will leave a coat your tongue it's just gross

I love the chicken it's just when I eat it. It leaves a dry nasty taste in the back of my tongue. Idk what it is. Mayb it's just my taste buds but dam. Check your food.

Man ever since we moved here this place always lacks something. Be it a certain seasoning (original, extra crispy, etc) or a side or white/dark meat. 7 years of we kinda have it

Step into the hood when you enter. The music from the kitchen will be bumpin louder than the dining area gentle music. The bathroom could use a total teardown refresh. Other than that, the staff are great as well as the food.

We ordered a two piece extra crispy breast and wing with mash potatoes and gravy. We received an extra crispy thigh and a leg with mash potatoes. We told the cashier our order and he switched the leg for a wing. They did not switch the thigh for the breast. We also ordered an original recipe breast and wing and received 2 wings and no breast. We also ordered 2 extra mash potatoes and gravy but received one mash potatoes and 2 gravies. Hopefully they will be more aware of the orders they fill in the future and I believe they can do better.

I purchased two chicken pot pies today with little to no filling in each pot pie. I called the restaurant numerous times and no one picked up the phone. To top it off, I have not felt well so I had someone pick it up for me. Needless to say I can't drive myself to get a refund or the two pot pies. This is unacceptable, this store needs to get it together. Whoever is GM I need to speak with someone very soon.

KFC always has good chicken for the most part. This location is always quick and relatively friendly. I wish that their tenders were more seasoned. At least Popeyes has some decent tenders along with their regular chicken. Kentucky Fried Chicken seems to always be open when you need them

Trudged to go in just now 8: 42 the lobby closes at 9. I get to the door it is locked. Very unsatisfactory

Horrible! Sitting in the rain, the staff ask to take the order. I said one sec. Less than 1 minute I keep saying hello, no answer. I drive around (it's 4 car's behind me) I go to the window and they keep walking by. It's pouring down! I had to call inside by phone and he says they're closed! It was 10: 20pm. They close at 11pm. All that time we all wasted in the rain! Their kids (ages 6 at the most) were cleaning up (I have pictures), NO food was even out. Lazy!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Told my Family to take what they have or go eat somewhere else after we asked for FRESHLY DROPPED Popcorn Chicken.

This location doesn’t cater to the Customer.

This visit was horrible. Went to the drive-thru placed my order got to the window and first thing I see is an older lady eating a chicken wing while confirming the order. After confirming the order they realized that they gave my order to the car that was in front of us. They rung up my order again and it went trom $9 to $13 because rung up the wrong meal. They corrected it and got it to the right order. Got home to eat and chicken was so old the chicken meat was cracking.

I had ordered a to go order and not only was the whole order wrong but we all got food poisoning as well. Customer service was also not very friendly. Won't be coming back.

Don't ever come to this place i came today to get a 2 piece meal org. And they where OUT and its almost 1pm. Noone was there drive thru was empty and so was parking lot this is the 2 time this has happen to me n a week. This is bull an they tell me it will be 15 mins and they can have some done

Went through the drive thru just now and the lady was so sweet, her service was great! Food is always good! Never disappointed. Definitely will always come back!

Waited 40 minutes for two meals that I ordered online ahead of time.

Waited ten minutes in the drive thru then they told me to park and they'd bring it out.

Waited 15 more minutes and someone comes out and asks for my receipt. Goes back in.

Waited 15 more minutes and got my food. Items were missing. Cut losses and went home.

Maybe you're understaffed? Undertrained? I don't know. I just know it's a poor customer experience.

I had issues in the past with this restaurant but I don't know of they got new management because they are great now. 2018-2019 I'd never eat there because of there service but they have great service now:)

Ordered 12 pieces of grilled chickens. Picked up, got home, found out that there were only 8 pieces in the bucket.
Called them back. They apologized and asked to come back for the remaining 4 pieces. Seriously?
I asked them to charge for 8 pieces meal instead. The answer is I have to come back for the refund.
The grilled chicken is not good at all. Avoid this KFC location at all cost.
