If you enjoy mediocre sides with a bucket of soggy fried chicken saturated in oil, this is your ideal dinner spot. The food looks just like the pictures if you give it a dunk in some water first.
This place is very bad, the chicken was not cook all the way through, be careful if you get it here, the place was a mess, l will not be going back! We order a 16 meal for $49.00 from the drive through and had to wait 35 minutes, they made me pull forward to wait! No one ever came out, had to go inside and still wait 10 minutes sad place to eat!
It will take you 45 mins to get some chkn. Waited 30mins jus to order, I basically had to keep saying hello to get someone to acknowledge me, and I still got parked and had to wait a addtional 15 mins, Can't even get them on the phone to complain. No explanation for why it took so long. Oh and no receipt.
Every time I've gone by over the last 6 months, I ordered fries and they tell me they are out. I asked them why they don't just order more and they say they do but they keep running out. You would think after 6 months of running out of fries they would figure out what quantity they need to order.
Male employee working drive-through seemed rude, so I didn't want to place an order, so I left. I will never return. I don't take chances with food I will be eating.
Bad service, made me go wait in the sun to “save drive through time” when there was no one in the store or in the drive through line. Then when I got my food didn’t get any sauce or silverware. Bad system just let me wait 1min at the window like every other drive through ever
Rude manager, went to eat there in they gave me food without fork or spoon, how I supposed to eat my salad? When I asked for spoon they told me they ran out of any cutlery, how can be possible? Then they run out of tea, Pepsi and diet Pepsi and they told me they don't have more tea or soda. Everything was dirty, Bisquick was old. I don't recommend this KFC location
Waited over 40 mins with just 2 people ahead of me for and 8pc only. The chicken was cooked just couldnt get served.
They forgot all of my sauces for my 20 fill up.and I waited an hr or more plusthey do not wear gloves.
I went and a gentleman called Bruince or something similar, had black and rotten teeth, gave us the wrong order, spoke profanity and a girl was eating the chicken in front of everyone (DURING WORK HOURS) The gentleman had a red and white shirt, My dad and I ordered a 16pc combo meal. He gave us 10 pieces of chicken and a cold macaroni and the other was too basic, and apart from that, no potatoes and that's not all. We waited 40 MINUTES. We returned and complained to him about the order and he said yes We did not like that we went to another place, he yelled at a minor and he was twice the age of the minor, WHAT A DISGUSTING SERVICE, I will be looking at this matter with his elder and I hope not to go through with my lawyers for 1 -Messing with a minor and insulting her 2-Giving lousy service and 3-For not doing their job well, This service is TERRIBLE, a man was left waiting 1 HOUR for his food, The people who work there are not interested in them TERRIBLE customers TERRIBLE SERVICE if you see a certain bruince or something like that, ask him, terrible service and apart from giving us the wrong time We had to wait another 25 minutes
We arrived and ordered at 8: 35pm
We got our order at 9: 35 p.m.
We returned to the house and my father realized that the chicken was missing and we returned at 10: 43 p.m.
My family did not want to eat, apart from the new macarooni that they gave us had ONE HAIR and we did not eat anything tonight

Staff was super rude yesterday evening, rushing me while I'm trying to order. Waited 30 minutes in line. And they messed up my order. Never going to this place again.
Long wait…forty minutes after placing the order, with no sign of it coming our way, I spoke politely to whomever I could. It got elevated to I think the manager, who apologized and explained the wait. She threw in a large fry for free, and that helped. But it still took around an hour for a “fast food” meal. Food was fine, fries were great.
They always mess up my order, it doesn't matter if I go inside or do drive thru. I can't keep track of the number of times I had ordered in drive thru and end up having to park and go inside for them to fix it cos I kept giving them chances and believing that MAYBE just maybe they got it right smh. It's Always filthy. However there is one lady who is always professional, blondish hair Hispanic. The rest just need to take an Excellent Customer Service Class.
A joke of an establishment, this place should be closed down and the workers should be fired
DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY! Unless you want your order to take over an hour or be canceled don't waste your time.
Wow. It is the 21st century is it not? You can’t place an order online. Doesn’t work. The intercoms doesn’t work either. And no one has the foresight to at least take orders if there was a curb I could jump and cut my losses. I’ve been here 30 minutes and haven’t even place an order. What a freaking joke!

Ordered online, food was not ready when we arrived and then our food was given to another customer. Then the staff ignored us because they all wanted to go on break. Management had no control of the staff or kitchen.
They don’t even deserve a start waited 45 min tryed to leave line but it’s blocked off. My son needed to us the restroom this is the sickest thing ever KFC Corporation Ur good name is gone with these kind of actions every time the worst sorry to say.
