KFC, Port Arthur TX

I can't give a 5 star because their chicken just isn't the same. I love KFC chicken, but here lately it's been over cooked or just to greasy. The service was great. Would like to give a shout out to KFC port Arthur, Texas! I was just in there a month ago. I may try one more time!

Living just a few blocks away and by far the closest KFC to where I live I went there to get food for my family. When I arrived I informed them I had a coupon for an 8 piece meal (that I got in the mail) and they told me "we don't accept coupons here. " I told them the expiration date says 12/31/2023 and it was a valid coupon but they refused to accept it and had me pull to the window. At the window I showed them the coupon which clearly says KFC, ans they said that their owner orders them not to take coupons. If true, I definitely do not blame the employees as they only work there, it isn't their fault, bu5 thus owner refusing to accept official coupons is ridiculous, will not go back and I contacted corporate about it!

This is an average KFC. Be forewarned this KFC does not accept Kentucky Fried Chicken coupons that come in the mail. They don't accept any coupons.

Bro this was probably the best KFC I’ve been to in like 10 years. They took my order quick, straight to the point. My spicy chicken sandwhich was hot as hell but like so good that you didn’t care it was hot, you just bite right in and pray that your mouth don’t burn up too bad. Saucy as hell. A righteous amount of pickles. Hot crispy fries that make you glad you didn’t go to McDonald’s. Perfect sweet tea. Don’t taste like diabetes, it’s just right. AND I got my food like 45 seconds after I paid. Like damn y’all out here doing the lords work. I would post a picture but I already ate that ish.

I attempted to order an 8 piece meal at the KFC located on Hwy 365 in Port Arthur, TX on Dec. 1,2023 using a discount coupon that I had received in the mail a couple of weeks ago. The expiration date on the coupon is 12/31/2023. The employee taking orders told me "We don't honour coupons here" with no explanation. Why does KFC send out coupons if they don't intend to honor them. I will no longer patronize KFC.

I love the food at this place. Since I was very little I have visited it frequently; before in my native P. R.

This is the only KFC in my area and they never have crispy chicken ready! Like NEVER! KFC is KNOWN FOR HAVING CRISPY CHICKEN absolutely insane!

Chicken pot pies. Bought eight. Only a couple of them has any chicken and then only a few chips. But flavor was good. They should leave the word "chicken" off of the description.
Chicken strip and fries were very good.

Can't really say much. I wanted to order a couple of pieces of chicken but they informed me, they only had white meat. I don't like white meat chicken so I went elsewhere. In my opinion it was kind of early to not have any dark meat chicken available.

The person taking orders in the drive thru had a terrible attitude. She wouldn't let us order all of which we asked. For some reason she couldn't understand we wanted to buy more sides with our order. Well, we ended up paying for a bunch of stuff we didnt recieve. Missed items we specifically asked for. We tried to fix it but the guy at the front counter assured us it was all coming. We also were made to pull around and sat for 30 or more minutes. What bothered me most was the rudeness of the girl taking our order.

I just left the drive threw I order 2 mash potatoe bowls paid 6.99 each one for 4 chicken lil chicken bites in the bowls in the picture shows way more then 4 lil pieces, way to much mashed potatoes, Im really disappointed.
Food is way to high for the outcome of food they served.
I will not return back because this not the first time this happens.

There is a Chavo who I say is the manager I just went to and he has a bad character, he is really not prepared to do his job.

Greasy is an understatement. Seems like they were cooked twice. Waste of Money. I also didn't get a Receipt.

Waited 20min in the drive through at the speaker and she told us to wait, 20min later we say “hello” and she says “I’m pretty busy on the inside can you wait? ” … I wanted ONE famous bowl and that was all.

Husband said the chicken was dried out and alot of skins at the bottomof the bucket, he didn't enjoy it. Sorry

KFC is a nice restaurant, food is fresh, atmosphere is nice, service is good, big pieces of chicken that will fill you up, great place to eat, I really wish that they would bring the buffet back!

I visited at closing time
Oil was over burnt and had weired smell
Fries were horrible but the did replaced with freshly made fries
