Here’s my spicy COLESLAW wrap… seems they forgot a pretty important part. Forgot our biscuits as well. On the regular wraps they didn’t put the pickles either.

They don't open on time, I was outside the store for 17 minutes, without them opening, I had to order and leave, because the truth is there is a tremendous lack of attention and they don't give a receipt for what you consume

The manager "maricela escamilla" is the worst person to interact with. Felt like i was dealing with a teenager.

My family went to kfc to grab a quick bite and got the famous bowl. The bowl was about 60% gravy, very little mash potatos and no shredded cheese. The food itself was ok though so at the very least they can make edible food. The managers clearly dont show any regard for the change they issue to customers because they also came back with a almost ripped in half dollar bill. I tried calling the location several times so i wouldn't have to write a negative review however they failed to reach the phone both times i called.

Asked for tarter sauce, a kids drink with a kids meal and a receipt. They forgot all 3, but said they were in the bag. I asked if there was a wait for certain items, employee said no, took my money and then asked me to park out front and she would bring out my order. So there was a wait but I had already purchased the meal.

Drive thru worker rushed us through ordering never asked for sides or dipping sauce. When we got to window we were not given a receipt. When I asked if we could exchange the coleslaw because I did not want that as a side I was told it's left the window sorry. When I asked if I could have gravy as dipping sauce I was told sorry that costs extra (after we already had paid). And then we were basically brushed off. I'd love to call and complain but like I said there is no receipt. This is worst customer service I've ever gotten from a place that had no customers there.

This was a horrible experience. The A/C was broken. The chicken from Long John's tasted like the oil was old and going bad. We brought it to the cooks attention, and she denied it wasn't. We left very disappointed and will not be returning.

Ordered 3 famous bowls for delivery and got someone else order. We got someone else order for 2 ppl. We are a family of 3. We call the store to have it fixed and they were playing music so loud they couldn't even hear me on the phone. As a manager for a local restaurant this is completely unacceptable and completely unprofessional. After being at work all day I was too tired to cook. And wanted something easy for my family. Completely disappointed. Negative stars if I could.

It took over 20 minutes to get a 3 piece and was told the only side they had was fries. No gravy no ketchup no coleslaw

How does a chicken restaurant not have 8 pieces of chicken at 530pm. This place needs some management

Messed up my order. On top of that, this KFC location gave my wife and I food poisoning! Do not go here.

It's next to a convenience store and the gas and oil smell made for a not pleasant lunch. The chicken planks meal was good and moist, but the fish my friend got was oily.

The worst KFC I've ever been to. I would rather drive all the way to San Marcos than ever eat at this KFC again. The food is gross and the employees are rude.

Messed up my order. Been trying to remedy with no help despite opening ticket online, completing survey and calling.

Alfredo is always quick with great customer service. The rest of the staff are always friendly, patient and respectful. Always smiling and respectful. Thank you and God bless you
