KFC, Splendora TX

The chicken was dark brown I could swear I was at churches chicken down on Jensen cause the lady was very rude spend 50$ on greasy nasty dirty oil fried chicken do not order on line or make sure you check physically the items before you pay

Food was great but please learn how to place a lid on a cup don’t be like McDonald’s and not put lids on correctly I didn’t appreciate having to get my seats shampooed after red fruit punch spilled all over me and my car

My wife was not satisfied with the chicken, they made it right no questions asked.

She was delighted and enjoyed her mashed potatoes and coleslaw.

Food is always fresh and delicious at this location in Splendora. Restaurant is always clean and service is fast and courteous.

Love the chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes. The chicken breast are great too, but they are not very big.

Did not get welcomed, looked like i was bothering them during their conversation. No hey how are you? I asked bout spicy wings and I asked if their boneless and shes like no their not with a attitude.
First and last time coming here i didnt even place an order nobody wants to feel like they are bothering you at a place of business. Too invested in their gossip than customers which is why they are employed. Service sucks now q days

Food is always good customer service is terrible the girl in drive thru needs to be fired. She has a terrible attitude I will not come back here. This is a private owned franchise it is not a corporate owned location and it shows.

I have been here twice in the last month. I get big orders for my company on Saturdays. Employees are extremely friendly. Food is always fresh and hot. No complaints!

I got there really late.about 20 min b4 they closed. They had already thrown all of the gravy away and only had original. No Xtra crispy. They gave me a desert to replace the gravy which was cool.but the chicken was super dry like it had been sitting under the lamps all day. The bread literally couldnt b bitten into.my fault I guess for getting there so late but if it's like that then close at 10 but cook good food right up until close.

Forget it I give up on this place the chicken leg was raw I didn't even try the breast

The up keep has lacked at this location seeing as it hasn't been here long, Hit or Miss on the food though it all depends on the cook in the back. That manager though he does stay on it for sure.

I placed an order online for pickup. Service was reasonably fast and friendly, order was accurate, and the food was fresh

Food was good. Communication issues with some staff and they look at you like your the one that doesn't understand after being clear. Watch your order, check your receipt or you may not get what you asked for.

Bad customer service owner is rude outrageous prices and he will make prices up depending who you are someone went in before me paid 14.00 for hay I went in he tried to charge me 16.00 beware do not shop here

Ordered a two piece white meat dinner. Got dark meat Not hot was greasy biscuit cold Mac n cheese not hot. Poor service

Not like KFC used to be. This particular restaurant had verbal difficulty with the English language. Order was 8 piece meal which I requested 4 crispy and 4 grilled. Upon my return home, wife's inventory of this order was 3 grilled and 5 crispy. She likes grilled only, so she felt slighted. Sides were Coldslaw and fries. Plenty of fries but the Coldslaw container was less than half full. Sorry to say that will be my last trip to Splendora KFC. It was a wasted 30 miles round trip and wasted almost $30.00.
Maybe someone will read this and make adjustments where necessary. Sorry.

Suddenly it's 12 dollars just to get 6 hotwings and a drink. That used to come with fries AND a biscuit. Not like the girl said "oh that's not a meal anymore" she just charges me 5 extra bucks for JUST A drink? That's a straight ripoff. Will not be coming back here. Could have went next door to Sonic and gotten a drink twice the size for a quarter of that price. And the sweet tea taste awful. What a beautiful cherry on top. Lol. This place is a joke

I have NEVER had a bad experience with any KFC till this one. Food was AWFUL. Best advice is to stay away. Let me add it was almost 50$
