I work in a fast food restaurant and i saw some mistakes to control food and is not the best chiken ho i eat

Don’t waste your time, go to the Chick-Fil-A across the highway. Employees were rude without provocation and my order was completely wrong.

The wait was long, and the workers don’t seem to understand that this is a FAST food restaurant i just want to get my food and go would definitely not come to this kfc again, and btw i only ordered one thing

When the younger girl is at the drive thru. I never get the type of chicken I asked for and the sides are always cold and somewhat hard and seem like they have been sitting out all day

Terrible service, Took too long with my order AND it was just ONE ORDER! This is a fast food, I need my food FAST. I would NOT recommend!

I hated that my potato wedges are no more, but the new seasoned fries are pretty good. Everything was hot and delicious, and hit the spot!

Just ok KFC has gone down hill, sure not the quality it used to be, not sure what has happened to this restaurant chain because it's not just one single store, its every one we have been to the last 5 plus years, it's been so bad that I would almost say barely edible

Horrible serve. Went through drive thru, ask for crispy chicken; they gave me original smh. Ask for pepper, they gave me salt. Horrible serve. NEVER AGAIN. Be ware!

This is the last time, I've given this location 3 tries and everytime it's gotten worse with either service or execution. Literally the food they gave me was enough to make me want to be vegetarian. I've heard of fresh but finding feathers on 2 little wings, fried AS WELL.was too fresh for me.

What can I say? If you love yourself some yardbird it is hard to beat KFC original recipe. This location was clean and on par with any I have been to.

The rest room was dirty the wait for incredibly long for a fast food establishment.the drinks were hot and very flat.the ice machine did not work. They need to hire more people or get new management asap. It was hot in their felt like um i was at a park or a flea market.

They were out of mac and cheese and iced tea at 7pm. The were no spoons so had to eat mashed potatoes and gravy with a fork. Not a good experience this trip.

Horrible pushy service and extremely greasy food. Ordered 40 dollars worth of chicken and I am going to have to throw it away as it is inedible. I wish I had read reviews before I wasted my money.

Super, super nice customer service but Oh. My. God. 6 pm and only TWO chicken legs. Zero thighs, but tons of wings. Get a clue and have enough chicken cooked to serve your customers! Next time we get take out fried chicken, We’ll definitely NOT go to any KFC. There are plenty of other dependable chicken eateries.

Horrible chicken. The breasts were not cut correctly. The wings and legs were extremely small and over cooked. It tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Items on the menu were not available. So sad for a food chain that specializes in chicken.

I worked at the Exxon right next door, employees had headphones on taking orders while they bought there cigarettes! Yikes!

In shock after ordering and paying I sat waiting for my families food. I watched as the girl working the drive thru ate a chicken wing hoping she didn't come near my food. Lucky she did not come in contact with our order. We where very grossed out from what we had just watch and will not be back to this location.

Horrible all around. Service is just plain shaiit. Ordered, paid and waited.after 20 min the lady has forgotten to put my order in and wanted to charge me again. But that's the standard service you get at those places now.it was my mistake to stop at the KFC to start with. Please test your employees for drugs, for the sake of who makes a poor decision and walks through your doors next.

I was having a rough day, stopped in to pick up lunch for the boss and Ms. Laquisha immediately changed my mood. She was kind, respectful, and definitely put a smile on my face and cheered me up. Thank you Laquisha! You really changed my day:)

I love KFC since I was a kid, I miss there soft buttered buns, now they use biscuits. Miss different kinds of Short cake's now they have chocolate brownie.
