KFC, Richardson TX

This location is terrible. We weren't told our total at the drive thru speaker or the window, we had to ask for a receipt just to know how much it was. They told us to pull to the front and that it would be 4 minutes (we got a standard family 12 pc tender meal). After waiting in the front for 15 min we finally go back thru the drive thru (as there were no customers and shouldn't have even taken this long) they said "we haven't forgot about u and the chicken just came up" It's not that hard to send someone out and let us know it will be far longer than what we were told.they were completely disorganized and unprofessional at the window. Asked us what we ordered even tho we JUST ordered it 10 second ago. Highly recommend NOT going to this location.

Rude customer service. Very slow. Do not even deserve 1 star. They are very disgusting, worker eat food while working and does not wear gloves. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Liya is fantastic! So kind and helpful. Food is great. Order is ALWAYS correct. We have to go out of our way to get to this location but we always go back!

Had to wait on biscuits but they gave us FREE drinks while we waited for our to go order. The biscuits were very good.

BBQ sandwich was good but very little BBQ. More like a chicken sandwich. Service was great and friendly.

They were out of everything except Chicken and Popcorn Chicken. Waited at the window for about 10 mins until someone asked what I got.

Worst kfc ever. Theres never any ice the tables are always dirty they mess up the simplest orders and the employees are unprofessional and lazy.

Went to order thru drive thru nobody came on intercom, went to window nobody came I even honked. When i drove around the workers were sitting down in dining area. I went back thru around it was the same thing. I will not go back to this location.

Food is good, prices are c good, service was excellent! Best service I've had in many, many years! Thanks!

As soon as I walked in the door it was super hot AC was not working so I went to go get me some ice tea and I asked him if they had sweet and low and they said no we don't have any and then when I looked at my order it was all wrong I was hungry I just ate it they got everything wrong it was not a good experience will not be coming back here anymore

I love K F C, their chicken is always very good. The new update on the dinne area is great looks and the mondays special are my favor. Great job KFC.

Everytime I come here the employees forget my order and have really bad customer service. The food is ok.

Well I ordered got to the window and waited and waited and waited before someone finally came to the window she had no idea what I had ordered even though they told me that they just put down the fresh wedges that I ordered them to cook fresh for me then they told me to wait out front so when around front and I waited and I waited and I waited and the wedges that I asked him to cook fresh and hot or not even a little bit warm nor was anything else.don't care to go back

This place is run very poorly. Staff using profanity in the dining area and behind the counter while assisting customers. Food not well prepared and VERY dirty.

Trying to understand how this location finally gets a long-overdue makeover and they neglect to address the most obvious issue, the restrooms. Also failing to replace the floor or even keep it clean following the renovation kind of takes away from the whole "new store feel. "
This was a missed opportunity. Badly.

This is one of my favorite KFC's to visit very nice staff at lunch time they will get busy but the staff there has been working as a team for quite a long time so they know how to overcome any crowd

Some loud employees were rapping the whole time and one employee whining. The food tasted like it's a few days old and was pretty dry. Just a bad environment and they seem to only hire dumb teenagers mentally incapable of doing anything right. Never had a good experience here and wonder why I still come.

Absolutely terrible service. Not only was my order completely wrong, I waited over 15 minutes, and it tasted like it was reheated. The worst fast food experience I have ever had.

It's under remodel so let's hope it looks better. Also the chicken is good sometimes it's just a bit greasy, but the sides complement that

Good food and good people. The remodel or repair seems like it has been 1/2 to 1 year. I don't understand and it is still not finished. I love this location and wonder if KFC is not helping them or what! I keep thing I should call their headquarters to ask.
