7I was recommended this exam site. I was impressed by the work effort. Frank and Marcos are very helpful. Always good service 10/10 reliable and great communication.
My first time being flag for an exam I was concern but I want to give a big thank you to Frank and Marcos for assisting me with the multiple questions I had. They made the process simple and understandable. I highly recommend if you are flagged for examination from CBP, CPSC ext to ask for the facility.
I am currently an employee at KFS we are efficient workers. As soon as a container arrives and our supervisor gives us the okay we start unloading. We are fast people and get work done in timely matter.
The staff here is super friendly and helpful. They always greet you with respect and dignity.
It was unfortunate our goods were pulled for intensive exam, but AOS was easily reachable for all my question and concerns. AOS team worked through our exam and rework project very quickly.

This place is not friendly and they treat you like trash it seems you have to beg for them to unload
