K&G Fashion Superstore, Arlington TX

Great selection of men's clothing. Just wished there were more junior plus to select from

It's actually a Broken Store comparatively to what It was two years ago. Things are in disorder. No specific places for anything. Difficult to find what you need.it's like there's no worker to manage things and serve customers.

I purchased a suit and needed some alterations (pants needed to to shortened). I paid for a rush service and called the store before driving there to see if they were ready for pickup…something simple as looking to see if my order was ready turned out to be a 20 minute call accompanied with ATTITUDE. Never will I shop at this location again. If it was for us customers you would not be open.

The worse customer service ever! I had to return a dress that was torn, I stood in line. 15 mins, the cashier gave me a green exchange ticket, I could not find another dress in my size so I got back in her line and waited another 10 mins, when I approached her and told her I could not find another dress, she asked me "So what you want to do? I told her I will just get a refund she then told me I would have to get back in line, not to mention it was 14 people in the line. I will never shop at K&G again and will advise all of my family and friends not shop there either.

Friendly staff. Good selection and prices. Been shopping here for years and will gladly continue.

I am only giving one star because there is no option to leave zero stars. The floor sales people were pleasant, but the cashier was surly, cavalier and non-caring in my opinion. A women's tops were on sale buy one, get one 50% off. The prices on the two that we selected both came up at full price (same brand selected for both) as the sales sign advised. I advised the cashier of the error, the cashier went on to say, well the computer is right, you have two choices, pay full price for both, or take them off of the order. I said no, I want them for the price posted. She again advised of the two options pay full price or leave them. I said no, I want them as posted, for her to check the sign, she adamantly refused. She offered her manager, I said will I receive the same resistance and lousy service, she said yes (then tried to convince me she was not providing lousy service). I said I'm not going to waste my time. Remove the items at question, she then proceeded to ask my wife if that was okay to remove the items, I said I just told you to remove these items. She then very disrespectfully said well she will wear them, I said yes, but I am paying for them. We removed the entire order except for two items and left. I have been shopping at K &G since 1995. Rest assured we will NEVER be back again!

Customer service was non-existent. Lack of employees on the floor. The cashier was very nice though. I don't remember her name, but she has locs and came from the floor to help.

The person who checked me out around the very last register near the entrance was weird and rude.the boy/girl with locs rolled their eyes simply because i wanted to use my number instead of my friends. Its rlly not that hard to be pleasant to people.i was this close to asking if there was a problem. I work customer service as well and its never that serious to be rude to customers so unprovoked just because you are having a bad shift or you’re sick of your job, we all get irritated.fix your attitude! Its literally just retail.my friend had even thought the rep personally knew me because of the way they were speaking to me.the entire transaction was unnecessarily sarcastic.having the ability to make a 3 minute transaction into such a miserable experience is crazy.

My experience at K&G is always a pleasure! The staff are very helpful and big shouts to VJ who not only makes sure I get everything I need but he gives a personal experience to each customer. Thank you VJ!

Great place to shop & get fly. Employees are very helpful & will go over board to make sure you leave happy.

Lots of nice career, business, dress up options. Friendly staff and easy going return policy. Lots of cute fashion for young people.

I like this store so much I'm putting in an application to work there.
The store is huge there must be 5,000 suits to choose from, great pricing structure, men's and women's clothes, perfumes, colognes and shoes.

I went in and BJ, a great employee fixed me up. If you go in there ask for BJ. Hes.super nice respectful gentleman and knows his stuff. I was on my way out and he stopped me to help. I want to say thanks again. Also the guy in alterations is fitting me in so I can get my suit the same evening. Thanks I hope everyone gets top notch service like I did.

A little pricier than I was expecting. Some of the items had a limited selection of sizes, but it seems all stores are having trouble getting inventory in lately. The staff were very friendly and made it an overall pleasant experience.
