Leaving a one star is far too kind for this severely POOR car lot. My MIL bought a car from Kia and last year she had a problem and took it to them. She trusted in them to fix it. They have had the car for 14 months and have sent her in a constant loop of saying they would fix it. They are making her pay for a car they can’t fix and won’t offer her a replacement vehicle to get around. KIA has went down hill. The management say they care about their customers but they don’t care if you’re not bringing them more money. I tell everyone I know not to go to Kia. I will never recommend them again. If you want a good car buying experience go anywhere but here.

Im making this review because I was impressed by the way I was treated, to start with I was not looking to buy a car now. I told the person who helped me that I wanted to test drive and look into a couple options because I am considering buying a Kia in the near future. The guy that helped me was very helpful showing me different models and helping me make my mind up on which car I am set now. I will for sure coming back to buy soon, thank you Joseph for your time.

Service department is definitely subpar and can’t get anything done in a timely manner.
Update: my car is now in the shop for a 3rd time. It’s now worse than what it was last week when I took it in. They are wanting me to pay for a new radiator when it’s clearly a manufacturer defect or something they broke when it was there last week. This is practically a new car with only 18,000 miles!
Do not buy a Kia Sorento Hybrid! Do your research before you buy.
