Kidz Korner Drop-In Child Care, Kyle TX

This review was for Aug 2022. When I dropped off my son, he did seem to like the place, more so because he did get to play with other children.
I did pay for 3 days but only ended up only using it for 1 day since my son had gotten sick (maybe from the food served, but unsure). Since we only used 1 day for child care, I was in consistent on trying contact with the owner since I needed a refund for the other 2 days not used.
I called, left voicemails, sent a text.
Ultimately she never responded to me directly but did respond to my husband. It was literally 2 weeks until she finally responded even to my husband contact.
I will say their communication skills are very POOR. When I first tried to register my son they never answered the phone. I had to drive and literally go to the care site and continue since no one answered the phone.

I asked my son how he liked it he said it was ‘ok’ so I’m guessing if you’re really in a tight bind. This could be a last resort but hopefully contact won’t be an issue in the future for future parents that need help every once in awhile.
